Very bad impressions of this institution. My wife and I like placemats in the La Tokane network and this time, as usual, we decided to take them to their nearest institution. If so far we have enjoyed the atmosphere and the dishes, then this place is bad with both the first and the second. From the very beginning, it caught my eye that there were a lot of flies, but this did not scare us off until the order arrived, and we began to eat. To begin with, someone else's order was placed on our table, and when ours was brought, flies were everywhere and on tables, walls, glasses and on the placemats. Thanks to them, the situation was such that I wanted to eat and leave faster. The evening of impressions did not end there. In the placenta with cottage cheese, a hair of quite impressive size was found lost by someone from the staff. We asked to take the placenta with the hair inside. I was surprised by the waiter's question, "And what do you want us to change your portion?" I said, "No," the waiter took away the placenta with the hair, we finished what we paid off and we will never go to this place again and we recommend everyone not to go there.

Today I arrived with my grandmother at 11:40. We ordered wine and dishes, the bearded waiter Andrey served, slipped me a cracked glass. As a result, the wine spilled, ruined my costume. No changes, moreover, he demanded money for a cracked glass. There are no words for indignation. Not only did they ruin the costume and mood, but also pay them. I heard earlier from other people about the poor service in that bar. It's a pity I didn't believe it. It was near the PSU.

The service at Shevchenko 10 leaves much to be desired. When loading the hall 2 tables, the waiter has to wait a very long time. First they will bring you soup, then dessert, then hot. This is if you are lucky and they will remember your order.
From the good: delicious homemade wine and Napoleon. The interior is pleasant, the hall is clean. The price tag is nice.
What is better not to take:
1. Tasting set of tinctures. This is a "sea lion".
2. The hot dish. There was a company of three people and cold food was brought to everyone.

Today I ordered cabbage rolls at home (they have such a service), a platsynda (2 pcs) with potatoes and mushrooms, a platsynda with an apple and a vertuta with a pumpkin. After receiving the order, I tried the placenta with potatoes. The result: the potatoes are not ready, the mushrooms are raw.Not to mention that the cabbage rolls were slightly salted (but these are small things). After calling the company, I received an answer that boiled potatoes are laid and mushrooms too. All they can do is replace the placemarks or apologize. It didn't work out to replace it, because I fried the placemarks myself. The sediment remained....
