I usually judge a restaurant by its borscht; if it’s good, then the other dishes won’t disappoint. At Babushka, they serve excellent, rich borscht with the most delicious bread. I also praise the other dishes and the children’s menu. But the price is a bit steep.

Russian cuisine restaurant. Everything is very tasty. The boss is great. Excellent borscht, there are dumplings, dumplings. I tried herring under a fur coat. I ordered beef stroganoff for the hot stuff. I liked everything very much. The staff is very polite and helpful. However, the prices are a bit high.

The first thing that raised questions was a completely empty hall, there were no people, all the waiters were free, despite the fact that it was dinner time and Ramadan. There were plenty of staff, most of them were Russians. Everyone saw that we were Russian speakers, but they still sent a foreign speaker. He took the order incorrectly, although we speak English clearly and brought the wrong thing at all. We ordered several dishes, and of all of them, only olivier can be attributed to the "well, it's still nothing like that" category. The chefs in the kitchen do not know Russian cuisine for sure and some spicy or bitter spices were added to the dishes, which completely spoiled the taste and the dishes became disgusting. I do not recommend this place to visit.
