The first card that opened me was the COOPERBANK plastic card. Recently got used to the same ecosystem (12.01.2026 /morning) again Humo had opened a plastic card. Some kind of problem in the system cause SMS notification as long as it is connected to my old number. It didn't work if I connected to my current number. I applied to the bank branch to change the SMS notification number (12.01.2026 /in the afternoon). It was said that the application would be resolved by the evening. 24soat passed. There is still no change. I was not satisfied with the quality of Service. I turned to other banks (contact Bank, Silk Road Bank)to compare and get another card. The Silk Road can be changed remotely in the bank application. And at alakabank, my work was solved, not going for half an hour. In short, Partnerbank lost 1 client. Staff treatment is good but service quality is poor. 13.01.2026
