The bank's support service is absolutely non-existent! The ATM froze and did not issue the card back when withdrawing cash (the card was from another bank) after 20 calls to the support service, no one answered. The day after this incident, 5 more attempts were made to reach the bank. The expectation and attitude towards the customers was revealing!

06/14/2025 when trying to withdraw money from the ATM of Belgazprombank, located at Fanipol,Komsomolskaya, 19, the ATM accepted the card and froze. After waiting for five minutes, it was decided to contact customer support to solve the problem of an ATM operating incorrectly. After another 15 minutes, we managed to break through a clumsily working (or clumsily made by far from the smartest people) virtual assistant to a live operator. After the essence of the problem was outlined, the operator said that she did not have the opportunity to remotely restart the ATM, and the technical support specialists had a day off. The operator also said that the ATM can either issue the card back (?!!) or leave it inside itself. To the question "What if the ATM issues a card when I'm not around, and a stranger takes the card?..", the girl operator replied that the ATM is equipped with a surveillance camera (mmm..what a comfort that is), and if someone else takes my card away, I can write a statement to the police later. Awesome opportunity! And if the ATM nobly deigns to leave the card inside, the specialists will remove it on Monday, after which I will be able to pick it up on Monday. Also, the cameraman suggested pressing the mysterious red button (?!!!!) to restart the ATM... Let's summarize - while the Chinese landed on the far side of the moon, in the era of the development of robots and artificial intelligence, Belgazprombank does not have the ability (or desire?) arrange a remote restart of the ATM. Also, Belgazprombank does not consider it necessary to ensure that technical specialists are on duty on weekends to promptly solve the problem. All this indicates a low level of technical competence, as well as low customer orientation.

The disgusting and worst bank in Belarus, issued a purchase card, the monthly payment schedule says that the payment must be made before 20.06 (a fixed date!), paid on the same day by transfer from card to card, they were displayed on the card immediately, but only 4 DAYS LATER! (not a day off), and as a result, a message arrives that I have overdue debts, and on the phone they told me that these are their rules and that everything was fine and before the 20th they came, you had to pay 16-17 and it also affected your credit history, I used many banks for at work, but this is the first time I've encountered this!

I wanted to buy precious metals. They said on the phone that only in this bank you can buy a certain type. They said the ticket office is open until 19:00. I specifically left during rush hour after work to arrive between 18:00-18:30. I drove for an hour from the other end of Minsk. I arrived and a certain ticket office is not working, they said that on Friday until 17:00 this ticket office is open. And they added that you are not the first one who came in vain... no longer set foot in this bank and this network of banks..... I do not recommend it!!!

A terrible bank. Open an account for an individual entrepreneur . Managers do not know which countries the bank cooperates with. They cannot distinguish Kazakhstan from Uzbekistan. We have been waiting for the electronic key for more than 2 months. And in order to withdraw money from the account, you need to go through a whole circle of hell and not get it. I've never seen a worse bank.

I have been a customer of the bank for more than 10 years and I only had a 1600p Purchase Card and when I needed a loan, I was refused because my credit limit was exceeded. I no longer have any loans except for this punishment. I have experienced such humiliation that I am not a capable person, the worst feeling I have ever experienced in my life.Therefore I do not recommend that all people who want to arrange or perform any other operations contact this bank, which is the worst bank in the Republic of Belarus.

He is the head of the Specialist department on the ground floor in the main office of Belgazprombank. I called the technical support line several times to find out the information I was interested in. The experts provided slightly different answers. Therefore, I decided to go to the bank and clarify everything on the spot. Yuri Igorevich, after listening to my situation, provided clear and complete information on my question. I was very surprised that the head understands the bank's services in such detail and can legally explain all the controversial points. It's a big problem to withdraw your money from a foreign currency account. The money was accepted into the account, and they can only be collected if they are available at the cash desk from the deposit by the population or from empty ATMs. There is also no payment provided when closing the account. They offer a transfer to another account in Belarusian rubles with a commission.

The website states that MTBank and Belgazprombank are partners and withdraw cash without commission, but you did not indicate that this function is not available with a salary card and you take a commission. Constant problems with restoring access to the mobile application. There are a lot of options and all are not working. At other banks, you enter your passport number and phone number. After receiving the SMS, you change your username and password and that's it. This is complete nonsense. Nothing can be solved until you come to the bank yourself.

A couple of days ago, I received a message about debit card debt, it's funny that I haven't used this card for more than 4 years, but okay. I decided to leave a callback request, filled in all the fields, set the time from 17 to 18, but no one called back, today I left a callback request again, and again silence. PS. I don't want to hang on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for the phone to be picked up, considering that calls are paid. I hope that the quality control department (if there is one, of course) monitors the reviews and still contact me. I hope.... But in general, the bank is good))

Without notice, they introduced a subscription fee to a debit card, which they had not used for almost 3 years. They sent an SMS after the fact that there is already a debt and it needs to be paid. A normal bank wouldn't do that, I don't recommend it.
