It turned out that putting a logo on a notebook is too difficult a task. The employee doesn't know what it means from the bottom, they printed it from the top… The brand's seal on the handle is upside down. Make up an order form with a copy for the client if your employees don't understand the words. Absolutely irresponsible.

Unfortunately, every time I come here, I get disappointed. Employees don't always know how to do their job. They don't warn you that they can't print the photo as requested by the customer, and if they do, it's completely wrong. Why do we need social media and the customer's number if it's difficult for them to write: Sorry, your order won't be completed the way you want. If it's about paying extra for personal design, that's fine, but why not say so right away, before everything goes to print.
