this is a la Russian MFC, where crowds of people go to perform a variety of registration actions. But despite the huge crowd of people, everything works very well and I didn't have to wait anywhere for more than 15 minutes.

The hotel is terrible, dirty, noisy, music, incomprehensible people among the residents, I did not rest there, there is no service, they promise and do not do it, I do not make them halal what I paid for.
