On December 3, I visited the Golden Dream store in the Pyramid shopping center in Vitebsk. I wanted to buy a gold jewelry, namely, I was considering a bracelet and earrings. The seller, demonstrating the product, did not give me a tag, so I did not see the weight and she did not voice it to me. I bought new products for scrap gold at a price of 74.19 rubles. As a result, it turned out that I passed 17.04 grams. and in return, I received 4.92 grams of a new product. The difference, as they explained to me, is to work. And it was only when I came home, after reviewing the documents, that I realized that I had given 12.12 grams of gold (scrap) for the work at a price of 74.19, which turns out to be 899 rubles. This is three times more expensive than the work of remelting such products. I understand that the situation cannot be brought back. And I just want to warn other people against this situation. Sellers somehow manage to mislead, or they knowingly do not provide all the information on the product, do not explain all the points in such transactions, namely: what the buyer loses and what he acquires with various payment methods (money or scrap). Of course, I turned to the store manager, she apologized, but the sediment and resentment from such a purchase remained.
