The center is not bad, prices in Baku for things are far from cheap everywhere. The selection of stamps in the center is minimal. The location is good, the parking is large!!!

A very cool shopping center, I really liked the descent down the pipe, delicious Turkish pizza on the top floor. You can go carding, though not cheap.
I didn't see any disadvantages, except for some services and things-prices.
