I really liked the hotel. The service is excellent. Of the wishes, I would only like to diversify the choice of breakfast dishes. Public transport stops (metro and tram) are about 15 minutes away on foot. The hotel is located on a hill.

Excellent hotel, comfortable room, view of Besiktas stadium and Golden Horn. The very center, 10 minutes walk to Taksim Mosque. Good sound insulation, there is a fairly busy road below, but there is no noise. The windows are dirty (the hotel apologizes for this and promises to fix it). Large spa area with swimming pool, sauna, hammam. Breakfast is the most common Turkish, even in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Very tasty pizza in the room service, a bar with quite reasonable prices.

I have already stayed at this hotel 5 times, but the sixth time did not take place! When booking a room, I noticed that the prices were lower than usual, but this happened out of season! Of course, May cannot be called a non-season, but the economic situation and instability in the world - why not, most likely they lure guests with a price! I book and pay for the Noba room, but a day later I receive a notification that an error has occurred and I will be accommodated in a suite with access to the lounge, as if this room corresponds to the price I paid! However, I paid much higher than the price listed on the website for the suite… That is, by lowering the cost for a super suite, they got an extra charge for a regular suite! Then, in a telephone conversation, they agreed on a complement in the form of a transfer and full board, but later they sent an invoice for an additional payment and referred to the incompetence of the employee from the telephone conversation! So much for the worldwide network, whose name evoked only respect, but now everything has been trampled on. There was no champagne at the reception a couple of times when checking in, the breakfasts were very low in quality and variety! I understand that there is wild inflation, but the price is not 5 cents, it must be matched!!! In general, I didn't think I'd say it, but I DON'T RECOMMEND it, it's the Ritz istambul Bosphorus! The staff expertly zeroed in on the high quality and the name of the hotel!!!

It's a very nice hotel. Convenient location, stunning view from the Windows, tomorrow is simply amazing! The rooms are fresh,the cleaning is done twice a day, I especially liked the cosmetics:hair conditioner and body cream. A cozy terrace with a swimming pool. The only thing that raised questions was the hammam- you can't even sit in it, it's just a paid service. There was a compliment from the hotel on my birthday-a very cute cake.

Check-in at 15:00. I arrived at night. The room is not ready (the extra bed is not worth it) we waited 2 hours for it to arrive. Breakfast is just rubbish. There are no places for breakfast. 3 of us were seated at a table in a closed bar, the size of a tray. The boutiques refused to take dollars and euros for cash. I wanted to buy a sweatshirt. The breakfasts are good There is a spa with a swimming pool, sauna and hammam. The pool is for children only from 9 to 17h. Children are not allowed in the evening . It is convenient to exit the hotel to the embankment via a separate elevator to the G floor. This is the exit through the office center.

A wonderful hotel, everything is on top: breakfast, waiters, room service, spa area. Live piano music during breakfast. We visited two restaurants, 5 out of 5. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. If you arrive early, you can go to the waiting room on the 2nd floor, charge your phone, and relax. Snack on nuts and cookies, drink coffee/tea, it's free. You can also leave your belongings/suitcases at the reception free of charge in the morning (before check-in) and in the afternoon (after check-out). Convenient location: within walking distance of Taksim Square on one side and the Sea Station on the other. You can walk to the Galata Bridge with beautiful views and restaurants under it and to the Suleiman Topkapi Palace. Or buy a card with a refillable balance and take the tram, it goes from the embankment (eastKabatash) across the Galata Bridge and the main Sultanahmet Square, then through the Grand Bazaar. At the reception, you can get a map of the city with historical sites and transport interchange.

We rested on the May holidays. The room was of the "parital view" category, asked for a higher floor, the result was the 5th floor and a side view of the Bosphorus. More than 50 rubles were paid for this type. Disappointment No. 1. Location. Yes, it's a 15-minute walk to the tram stop, but the way back is up, the hotel is far from everything historical: more than 30-40 minutes on foot. If you want to walk, get ready to really walk a lot, and the hotel is designed for you to take a taxi, and Turkey has problems with it. Disappointment No. 2. Spa. Absolutely zero. There is no large and beautiful "Turkish" hammam, for 150 euros they offer spa soaring in a small room. I didn't even try it. As well as a small swimming pool on the minus floor and two saunas in the locker room. Everything is much better in any fitness club in Russia. Disappointment No. 3. He may be spoiled by Russia, the level of Moscow and St. Petersburg, but they also did not see a good bar and restaurant. There are a lot of staff, everyone is smiling, sincerely showing interest and care, yes, but there is no point in this when you go down the hill with the same Istiklal for 40 minutes. Good breakfasts and really caring from the staff. To sum up: we regretted that we chose this hotel, and not others located within walking distance from the historical center. The strength of the Ritz brand in Istanbul is overestimated. I do not recommend it.

There were three of us and we were all not satisfied, as we paid for an hour in the hammam, and got 30 minutes, after which we were still hurried to get dressed faster. The scrub was 5 minutes, the soap massage was another 5 minutes and for 50 euros we were oiled for 3 minutes standing))). I was at the spa at the hotel with my friends. The hammam itself is clean and cozy. But! There are Thai people working there) At the reception - in the spa center, a girl greeted us kindly, promising wonderful treatments that were paid for an hour. As a result, we got a "high-speed" bath instead of high-quality procedures). Washed - for "one two", scrubbed the body not completely, but in places. Instead of the promised foam massage, the foam was applied and washed off. The most interesting thing is that after the bathroom procedures there was a massage with Shea butter in 3 minutes -standing! ( All together, it took about 35 minutes from the moment of entering the hammam. At the exit, they offered only water. But what about oriental hospitality - tea, coffee and oriental sweets?) At the end of the "event" we passed on our comments - they just apologized. We also went up to the reception desk of the hotel and reported that we were dissatisfied and surprised by such a service - the girl said that they would sort it out and call back. But, alas..

We checked into the hotel today, the room is normal. We decided to enjoy Turkish hospitality and ordered a Turkish hammam at a local Spa. I have never seen a more terrible hammam anywhere in the world!!! The cost is 200 euros per person, and the Thai people do it!!! 😰just stroked when you apply foam and that's it!!!🥵 Never go and order at the Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul spa!!!
