A good hotel with a convenient location next to the Besektash Stadium. Within walking distance of the port with scheduled boats, a tram stop going to Sofia and the Blue Mosque; Dolmabahce Palace (it has an excellent audio guide, which is included in the ticket price, they give you a passport deposit)
Cleaning is daily with a change of bed linen. BUT in the bathroom there is gel, shampoo, balm of a niche brand, and it is necessary to read that when using these funds during eviction, you will be charged 100 euros for each tool used)), although of course you can take it away at eviction
Two small soaps are attached to this paid set.
The breakfasts are good
There is a spa with a swimming pool, sauna and hammam. The pool is for children only from 9 to 17h. Children are not allowed in the evening .
It is convenient to exit the hotel to the embankment via a separate elevator to the G floor. This is the exit through the office center.

I was at the spa at the hotel with my friends.
The hammam itself is clean and cozy. But! There are Thai people working there)
At the reception - in the spa center, a girl greeted us kindly, promising wonderful treatments that were paid for an hour. As a result, we got a "high-speed" bath instead of high-quality procedures). Washed - for "one two", scrubbed the body not completely, but in places. Instead of the promised foam massage, the foam was applied and washed off. The most interesting thing is that after the bathroom procedures there was a massage with Shea butter in 3 minutes -standing! (
All together, it took about 35 minutes from the moment of entering the hammam. At the exit, they offered only water. But what about oriental hospitality - tea, coffee and oriental sweets?)
At the end of the "event" we passed on our comments - they just apologized. We also went up to the reception desk of the hotel and reported that we were dissatisfied and surprised by such a service - the girl said that they would sort it out and call back. But, alas..

I really liked the hotel. The view from the window of the Bosphorus is impressive. The attitude towards the guests is very kind and courteous. They love children very much. There is care and attention all around. We were with the children, everything was always upside down in the room. Cleaning is always at the highest level. Before you know it, the whole mess turns into perfect order.

We rested on the May holidays. The room was of the "parital view" category, asked for a higher floor, the result was the 5th floor and a side view of the Bosphorus. More than 50 rubles were paid for this type.
Disappointment No. 1.
Location. Yes, it's a 15-minute walk to the tram stop, but the way back is up, the hotel is far from everything historical: more than 30-40 minutes on foot. If you want to walk, get ready to really walk a lot, and the hotel is designed for you to take a taxi, and Turkey has problems with it. Disappointment No. 2.
Spa. Absolutely zero. There is no large and beautiful "Turkish" hammam, for 150 euros they offer spa soaring in a small room. I didn't even try it. As well as a small swimming pool on the minus floor and two saunas in the locker room. Everything is much better in any fitness club in Russia.
Disappointment No. 3.
He may be spoiled by Russia, the level of Moscow and St. Petersburg, but they also did not see a good bar and restaurant.
There are a lot of staff, everyone is smiling, sincerely showing interest and care, yes, but there is no point in this when you go down the hill with the same Istiklal for 40 minutes. Good breakfasts and really caring from the staff.
To sum up: we regretted that we chose this hotel, and not others located within walking distance from the historical center. The strength of the Ritz brand in Istanbul is overestimated.
I do not recommend it.

The spa in the hotel does not correspond to the level of the hotel and the stated cost. There were three of us and we were all not satisfied, as we paid for an hour in the hammam, and got 30 minutes, after which we were still hurried to get dressed faster. The scrub was 5 minutes, the soap massage was another 5 minutes and for 50 euros we were oiled for 3 minutes standing))). We were not offered tea, there were no combs, there was no toilet paper either)))

Inconvenient reception. Friendly staff, nice pool, welcoming club lounge. Good location. Within walking distance of Dolmabahce is a good view of the Bosphorus.

Сегодня заселились в отель, номер нормальный. Мы решили насладиться турецким гостеприимством и заказали в местном Спа турецкий хаммам. Более ужасного хаммама я не видела нигде в мире!!! Стоимость 200 евро с человека, а делают тайки!!! 😰просто погладили, когда пену наноси и все!!!🥵
Никогда не ходите и не заказывайте в Ритц-Карлтоне в Стамбуле спа!!! Оно самое плохое, я думаю даже среди 3-х и 2-х звездочных отелей;(( Полное безобразие!!!
Настроение испорчено, потеряно время и деньги(((((((

Сентябрь 2022. Все неплохо. просят предоставить кредитную карту (номер был предоплачен) то что она не считалась (российская же) это не было препятствием к заселению. Номер отличный, все чистенько, полно полотенец. Отличная ванная комната. При въезде комплимент. Отличное расположение отеля. Почему 3 звезды: мы жили на 4 этаже окнами на открытый бар на 2 этаже (бар,лежаки+ маленький бассейн). Первый день все ок, наступила тишина вечером и ничего не мешало спать. Вторую ночь (и вечер) в этом баре играли свадьбу с живой музыкой, поздравлениями в микрофон и все подобное. Серьезно? Мировая сеть, как бы не дешево! Свадьба ночью в открытом баре?!!! В 22:00 нам сказали - а вот сейчас закончится, в 23:00 - ну вот еще чуть-чуть. В 00:00 - ну вот она не закончится, переселить некуда, но мы дадим вам сертификат на бесплатную ночь в любом отеле сети… хотели то мы спать сейчас, но выход какой. Дали ли нам сертификат? Ну нет, конечно. При выезде округлили глаза - какой такой сертификат! и даже ‘ждем вас еще’ не сказали. больше и не будем там останавливаться.

Чудесный отель, с роскошным не вычурным интерьером, с вежливым и заботливым персоналом, который пытается делать все что бы тебе было комфортно и удобно. Номера очень чистые. Вид из окон на Босфор потрясающий. Вблизи есть станция метро Таксим. Несколько магазинов рядом, два Старбакса в 10 минутах ходьбы и даже один аппарат Старбакса в подвале самого отеля. Отдельно хочу сказать про очень мягкие и длинные подушки в кроватях, теперь пытаюсь найти такие же, но безрезультатно пока что. В общем. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Обязательно буду выбирать ваш отель по возможности, как для отдыха, так и для туризма.

Отличный 5тизвездочный отель. Удобное расположение. Окна на стадион бешихташа и пролив Босфор. Многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Большие, комфортные номера. Очень вкусный завтрак с широким ассортиментом. Комфортные бизнес залы.
