The walls are very thin. The yard is very nice , but at night there may be a drunk couple .

One of the worst residential complexes in Almaty, only one check-in from Rayymbek, departure only towards Makatayev. Narrow street, lots of cars on the road

A great courtyard with playgrounds. But the noise insulation of the apartments leaves much to be desired.
