Отличный магазин. В торговом зале стало хорошо. Удобно, все видно. Просторно. Очень хороший ассортимент. Адекватные цены. И очень понравилось бесплатная доставка до этажа. Такой услуги нет больше нигде. Везде хотят за подъем на этаж содрать побольше денег.

Огромный ассортимент товара от бюджетных вариантов до премиум класса. Менеджеры отделов отлично справляются со всеми капризами покупателей. Все проходит безупречно до того момента пока вы не пришли оплачивать и оформлять доставку. Эти два процесса затягиваются. На кассе если у вас товар на вынос и отдельно на доставку, то чеки по этим позициям пробиваются отдельно. В зависимости от объема доставка может быть платной( на это тоже отдельный чек). После на ресепшн оформить эту самую доставку, тут тоже можно зависнув долго в очереди. Но скорее плюс чем минус, потому что подробно узнается адрес, данные покупателя и ДАТА ДОСТАВКИ В СООТВЕТСТВИИ С ПОЖЕЛАНИМИ КЛИЕНТА. Отдельно по доставке. Ребята просто как муравьешки-трудяги. Все четко, слажено и быстро. И подъем на этаж входит в доставку.

Разнообразие товаров на первый взгляд большое но некоторых элементарных вещей найти нельзя продавцам-консультантом мало дела до покупателей они постоянно чем-то заняты доставка через 3 дня платная ждать доставку целый день в общем походил по этому магазину только испортил настроение себе больше этот магазин посещать не буду приехал в другой магазин в районе рынка Алтын орба там было отлично обслуживание бесплатная доставка на следующий день на удобное для нас время всем закупился и был счастлив

Для меня магазин не очень удобен, не всегда понятно, в какой стороне искать необходимый товар. Парковка часто переполнена. Заказывали доставку на юр лицо и нам не сразу объяснили все нюансы, а только после того, как мы её фактически оплатили и заказали. Доставка до 21:00 в течение дня, но большинство офисов работают до 18:00-19:00.
