The Worst Birthday Experience Ever I went to this place to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend, and it was an absolute nightmare. From the street, the place looked nice, but that’s where the positives ended. I ordered a plate of fish for myself 900 lira, expecting a decent meal, but what I got was an overcooked, oily mess that was completely inedible. To top it off, the staff was shockingly rude. When one of them asked if I liked the food, I said no—and they just walked away without even bothering to respond. My boyfriend tried to salvage the evening by asking if they could do something simple, like say “Happy Birthday,” but they refused that too. Out of all the places we visited during our trip to Istanbul, this was by far the worst. Horrible food, terrible service, and a total waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs!
