This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Don't book! it is a waste of money. The rooms are dirty sheets are not clean cockroaches in your bed. Construction ongoing smell of paint. Drinking parties in the corridor the list goes on and on. They will try to make you pay in advance and they will not reimburse you if you want to cancel your booking so you can't leave. The excuse they use is that your booking agency hasn't paid them to make you pay. Power goes off regularly room service is absent etc etc

I stayed there in January 2026, and all that's good about it is, if you get it, a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. As it is, the rooms are old, poorly washed, the furniture is old, and the shower is in excellent condition. There are 4 elevators, the building has 30 floors, and you constantly have to wait for these elevators, which are almost always full, to stop on each floor (there is no outdoor pool, there is a small indoor one. Photo, this is the view from my room (918), you can ask separately and they will give you a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, they did it for us without any problems, all the hotel staff in the lobby, at the elevator, are polite at breakfast and will help you with everything. 3. The breakfasts are perfect, there are plenty to choose from and very tasty. 4. We cleaned every day, water, tea, sugar, coffee were already waiting in the room, slippers, towels and shower accessories are all there. 5. There is a swimming pool on the top floor (R), we didn't use it, we didn't have time, but we went up and watched. 6. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a 24-hour supermarket and a hot pizza, next to a pharmacy and a McDonald's, also 24-hour. Just like a bunch of other stores . I booked the hotel through Ya. We took a printout of the reservation and a passport. They issued a key card without any problems. If there is an opportunity, will I move in again? Definitely yes

It 's a terrible , smoky, smelly hole , not a hotel . Everything is dirty and old. There are no towels and you can't wait for the staff, I had to go to the back rooms and look for them myself. There are no adapters , they say buy them at the supermarket . The central air conditioner can't be turned off, it makes noise like an airplane, it feels like you're on a flight all night. It 's better to stop somewhere else and take a taxi to the subway than here . The only thing that pleased me was that we stayed for one night, I couldn't stand it anymore.

We booked the Emirates Grand Hotel, a very good hotel, near the metro station, all the main attractions, it is convenient to get anywhere in Dubai by taxi. Very comfortable and large rooms, totally like a nice apartment. Restaurant (buffet + halal menu), Swimming pool on the top floor. The room had everything: its own kitchen + washing machine, bathroom and toilet. The only feature is that the built-in air conditioner is constantly running. Breakfast is a buffet, the menu is good, lots of fruits, vegetables, various dishes and drinks, + chefs who will cook an omelette or whatever you ask. The view was on the Bursh_halif. Purity is 100%. It's a terrible place. It all started with the reception: we couldn't pay with a booking card, as we didn't have one, and therefore we wanted to pay in cash. After naming the number and all the details, the amount was changed three times, apparently, I still couldn't add up the price of this "luxury room" 😏 Well, the most interesting thing is the number itself.… We rented a view of the Burj Khalifa with breakfast for 4 nights. The rooms are in terrible condition, covered in dust, they have never been cleaned there. … We understand that the room is not in the premium segment, but still ... is it possible to simply dust off and wash the floors?! No towels, no slippers, no water, no cosmetics. There is zero service! Of course, they gave out everything at the request, but with such a dissatisfied face.. For all 4 nights, no one cleaned the room, once they brought supplies without even taking away the trash, and that's it! As the floors were dirty, so they remained… The only thing that was gorgeous was the view and location of the hotel. But there is a nuance here too - the windows are very dusty (even someone left a review there) Well, the highlight on the cake is that we paid for a room with breakfast for 2 people, and in the dining room they said that it was paid for one (how is that?!?) I went to sort it out at the reception, and in response I heard "everything is OK, the information was transmitted," but in the end every morning everything was repeated all over again. I've seen positive reviews, and I'm very surprised by them. But on the other hand, maybe we're so unlucky....

It 's a very dirty flophouse , the audibility is enormous , there 's dirt everywhere in the room , the reception staff says they can 't help and turn away . They gave me a more budget - friendly room than the one I paid for . The bathroom is all shabby , there is dirt on the refrigerator , the floor is dirty , the bed linen is not clear how clean , the mirrors are dirty , the cabinets are broken . I don't recommend it.

Let's start with the location, it's perfect, the metro is 5 meters away, you can get to any point. As for the rooms, it's just a nightmare! Check-in was supposed to be at 3 p.m., we arrived at 6 p.m. and the room was terribly dirty, stoned, and there was mold in the bathroom! It was a suite with two rooms on the 3rd floor! We were promised to clean everything up in 30 minutes, but in the end we sat for 2 hours and nothing was removed. After much debriefing, we were given two rooms on the 30th floor. They were more or less clean, if you can call it that. The rooms were not cleaned at all during the whole week, there were no towels. The doors were constantly breaking down, we couldn't just get into our room! The passwords were changed every time, the cards didn't work, and once I even had to break down the door with a crowbar to open it! What I want to say is, if you don't want to spoil your vacation, then don't come here!

I am currently staying at the hotel. For the price I paid, the room itself is gorgeous! Huge two-room with a balcony, two bathrooms, amazing view. And 2 stars for the fact that it is impossible to sleep, ventilation from another building is noisy, earplugs do not save. I asked to replace the number, they gave me the same one, only higher, the sound did not change. I was upset. I don't need a bunch of toilets and rooms in the room, the main thing on vacation is the silence at night... The night passed, I added two more stars, because they responded to my request to replace the room again and gave me an improved one with a view of the BX. But! Noise is the main problem of the hotel. The windows are leaky, the audibility of the road is 100500%%%%%!!!!

At the reception, 0 attention is paid to customers. Upon arrival at chekin, I stood for 40 minutes, as a result, I did not receive my reserved room with a view of the Burj Khalifa (they offered to wait 4 hours for his release, the time was 17:00), or take a free room without a view. There are no towels in the room and the phone does not work. I am in the room for the second day, there was no cleaning (during the day, someone came into the room and tried to fix the phone by plugging it into another outlet, but without success). There is only one outlet in the bathroom (there are 3 in the room), naturally without USB and type-S. The previous owners left cigarette butts and alcohol lids on the balcony. A separate HELL is elevators, there are 4 of them, they are not spacious. You always have to spend 10 minutes getting up. The only advantage is the location, 30 seconds to the metro.

The worst 4-star hotel you will see. I wouldn't recommend it at all. It's not cheap either, you can stay in 5-star hotels in Turkey for that money. There is no cleaning pattern at all. i stayed for 4 nights, once the towel was changed, the towels were taken at once and not brought back. The floors are never cleaned. The bathroom is being cleaned. If you say closets are a disaster, you definitely need to do dry and wet cleaning when you first enter, otherwise your clothes will get dirty. Breakfast sucks. You can wait for half an hour in the elevator between 8-9 Dec, which is exactly the time of everyone's exit. There's a lot more to be said, and frankly, it sucks.
