It's a lovely hotel. The heated pool saved us during bad weather, and the large area combined with another hotel in this chain makes it possible to walk - there are many paths with beautiful changing views. I really liked the restaurants tuta passa and demon duck. The rooms are very stylish, natural materials add sophistication, the furniture is fresh, and the bed is very comfortable. You can ask for an HDMI cable and watch your favorite movies from your laptop in the evenings. But there is a constant problem with the settlement ( We write comments and suggestions every time , but they persistently put us in the worst rooms , and only on the second day they move us ... we walk with suitcases for two days . The last time we were accommodated in a room on the ground floor with a view of the service staircase, which was used all day by the staff of the alizee restaurant, where breakfast is held. On the first day of arrival, there was a barbecue under the balcony , because there was a wedding in the restaurant. The food by the pool was also very spoiled ... for 135 dirhams - disgusting panini with chicken , French fries for 40 dirhams, overcooked and overdried to the state of breadcrumbs ... in general, there are many small details that spoil the impression of rest.

There is always a small team of people on duty at the entrance to the hotel, who are very welcoming and open the car doors. The hotel is beautiful, very modern and stylish, and it smells delicious inside. We answered all the questions during registration, and gave out cute bracelets (not the ones that can't be taken off)). In general, the hotel feels like everything is for the guests! The room is not large, but definitely not cramped, everything is there, the interior is stylish in soothing tones, several types of pillows, a good mattress. Quiet, cozy, good cleaning twice a day. There are large mirrors, a hairdryer, an iron with a board, all the necessary hygiene supplies, comfortable cute bathrobes and slippers of suitable sizes, even beach slippers and a bag! In fact, you can come without anything at all)) There is sunscreen and sunscreen by the pool and by the beach. We took half board, and we were very happy about it every time)) I strongly recommend booking a room with at least breakfast included, and preferably dinners. Breakfast is served in the restaurant inside the hotel, there is a very good selection of menus, and there is a small Swedish line with cheese, cold cuts, yoghurts, fruits, vegetables and pastries at the level of good Moscow/Paris pastry shops (be sure to try a croissant!) You can dine at several restaurants in this hotel and in the neighboring one. It's very tasty and varied everywhere, you only need to pay extra for drinks, and you'll definitely have enough to eat half-course menus) I gained a kilogram, but I don't regret anything)) Of the disadvantages, it can only be noted that the additional The services, drinks, and food on site are mostly expensive. And the water in the shower has a slightly unpleasant smell (but perhaps this is some kind of general problem, and not the hotel). Territory: clean, lots of greenery, convenient location of pools. A huge plus is the closed beach with sun loungers right by the sea. A huge plus: you don't need to take a large bag to the sea (although there is a beach bag in the room): upon arrival, they cover the chaise longue with a large towel, give you a smaller towel and bring cold water. The water in the sea is clean and does not stagnate like inside a palm tree. Meals: a la carte breakfast and a buffet with bread/pastries, fruits, cheeses, red fish and juices. The portions are good enough, it's impossible to leave hungry. The hotel is quiet, not a hangout, many people relax with families and children. True, there were more people on Saturday and Sunday, but there was no crowding, there were always free deck chairs on the beach and near the pool. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely return.

I also want to thank the staff, who always took into account all wishes, fulfilled requests and responded with lightning speed. For example, on my birthday, I asked about the possibility of making a complimentary dessert without lactose and gluten - even such sophisticated requests were fulfilled. And if we move on to what I missed and what I didn't like. It was a very rocky entry into the sea - we could barely make our way, it was painful to walk on the rocks. Subjectively, I didn't have enough variety on the Swedish breakfast line ((But my diet is specific, so I'm not an indicator 🤣 Those who ate pastries praised it very much - they especially recommended an almond croissant. Another decent match (usually in hotels, only the name depends on the match) will please the same fans of this drink as me. 🤣 And it's a small thing, but I liked the crazy aromas that filled the hotel spaces so much. To summarize, it's definitely worth coming here at least once. Thanks to the Banyan Tree Hotel for a wonderful stay and brightening up my birthday.

The staff of the pool and beach area carefully spread out towels and put branded handbags with bottles of water in ice. In general, I would like to mention the employees of this hotel separately. I have never seen such well-coordinated teamwork. High standards. In addition, absolutely all of them are friendly, welcoming, constantly wondering if we need something else and if we are satisfied with everything. After the next cleaning, we found that our charging cords were carefully secured with special straps. They gave him a bunch of nice little things, and even made a personalized T-shirt for the child. We went to the kids club with my daughter, what cool girls work there! They even remembered my child's name and greeted her by her first name the next day. A huge plus is that we were checked in immediately upon arrival, at 8 a.m., served welcome drinks and goodies, and the room was upgraded (they gave us a room of a higher category, with a view of the sea). The room has everything and even more (a beach bag, flip-flops, 2 types of robes-kimonos and terry bath robes, dental kits in the right quantity, slippers, an iron with a board, etc.) An excellent ala kart concept (we had HB: we had dinner in a new place every day, a menu of 3 items Appetizer, main course, dessert, drinks are not included (but there is alcohol everywhere!!) I would like to note that our taste is Chinese - Demon Duck (special price for alcohol for guests), refined Japanese - Tocha, there is no menu in Russian (set 3 with a substitute snack from set 1 is suitable for salmon lovers, see the photo of the dinner), Blue Door (in the neighboring Delano hotel there is Turkish cuisine with a wonderful place in the garden among the trees (photo attached). Breakfast is served in the restaurant.Alizee 1st floor is both on the menu and with the possibility to choose according to the buffet concept: freshly squeezed juices, protein omelets, avocado and red fish. On the beach and by the pool, the staff is helpful, but not intrusive. When they see you, they will immediately cover the sunbed with a towel and bring a box of water on ice. There are many places to have a snack in 10 minutes from the hotel: Frank with a Russian menu and beer, Mc donald, supermarket, pharmacy. Marina Mall is 10 minutes away by Yandex taxi (30 drx). The main language of the hotel is English, but there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We were allowed to refuse the deposit, we are all additional.The services were paid for immediately after using the Union pay card.

I expected it to be private, but I don't want to stay in it for a long time. Restaurants for dinners are weak according to the reviews of vacationers, we rated only one, also four times, although the cuisine is generally good, they try their best!. I give a solid four (and this is far from the Dubai five) for a fresh hotel (the rooms are pleasant, but the standard rooms are too small in size), excellent service. The pool is great, but there is a daily struggle for sun beds, which causes stress. The open sea line is also a huge plus of the location, the sun beds on the sea are so-so.. A very nice hotel, cozy, but at the same time there are very few people, because at the moment the hotel building is five storeys high! The service is excellent, the staff is responsive and well trained. Breakfast - wow, you can order dishes from the menu or choose from the buffet yourself. The room is cleaned twice a day, carefully, always leave nice mini-gifts)) The beach and pool are great too, but the only thing is that there is no pool for children, so they occupy a Jacuzzi… The atmosphere of such a green and homely island, everything is done in calm warm colors, equipped with natural interior materials. It seems to me that in comparison with many other hotels nearby, this is a winning option for those who want to abstract from everything, relax their soul and body. There is practically no noise (except for the construction of a new building, but it was not particularly audible), so if you want peace and quiet, I definitely advise you!

The hotel is good, the service is at a high level; the beach is sandy, bulk, because the island is artificial, so the entrance to the water is no longer sandy, but made of a mixture of shells, sand and stones; sometimes it hurts a little; service on the beach is fast; The rooms are cool; the linen is super; I liked one thing that I had never seen anywhere else before: there is a locker in the room, one wall of which opens from the side of the hotel corridor, and the other inside the room; you hang laundry things there, and they are taken away without entering the room; In the evening, incense is brought and lit; 7 days a week, different smells - wow for me, I love this before going to bed; There is a Russian lesson for the staff once a week at the hotel)) and there is a Ukrainian manager, who speaks Russian perfectly, of course; very friendly; not intrusive; Of the cons (imho): 1) the food in the main restaurant is very mediocre; but at breakfast they will do anything, even if it is not on the menu; 2) it is very noisy to dine in a Japanese restaurant; it is more a bar than a restaurant; 3) only drinks and hookahs are served on the veranda in the main lobby; there used to be a menu, when the Cezar was; now the Banyan has been removed;

Great hotel. They accompany you to their beach, to the sun beds, and bring you cold water in an ice bag for free. We took half board, delicious a la carte breakfasts in the morning + a small buffet, dinners in the hotel restaurants, also on the menu + a couple of restaurants are available in the hotel nearby.
