I've been going to the gym for a year and a half now. It is simply impossible to practice during rush hour. There are a lot of people. The simulators also leave much to be desired. Ventilation is also not very good, already from the entrance to the shopping center you can feel that there is a gym in the building. There are queues for many simulators. The locker rooms are small and uncomfortable. I haven't been in the shower in 1.5 years - it looks unpleasant. I only go because of the convenient location to the house. And then, I'm going to go to the competition 😁

I've been working in this gym for half a year now. The gym and the locker room are always clean. The air conditioners work well, and it's comfortable to practice (including in summer). In good weather, you can work out on the terrace. The staff is friendly, if you need any advice or help with exercises, the coach on duty will come to the rescue.
