It's impossible. There is no internet at all. You can't log into your personal account, too often the page with your personal account doesn't load! There is information about any innovations or interruptions on the website. In other words, you receive a message on your phone about the transfer of funds, but read about the really important things on the website. Getting through is generally something impossible. No matter which number you dial from the website or from the contract, everything is reset. Has the Internet gotten better lately or not? Reviews are not posted on the site. It's kind of absurd. It's a pity you can't set 0! Everything was fine from the beginning of the connection. Then (about a year later, even less) it started. Then the Internet does not catch on Wi-Fi. 2.4 GHz is generally zero. 5 GHz still works somehow. (I have half of the equipment on 2.4, and the other half on 5). The masters came, and they managed to set it up about twenty times. Then the smart TV fell off. A regular TV is normal (but not always, more often not very much, interference like in the 70s in the forest), smart in no way at all (no 130+ digital channels for you). Of the claimed 130+ channels, 35 and those with interference ... To contact the technical support service : "reboot the modem, etc." and also try to get through to this service. My personal best is 35 minutes waiting. They don't publish reviews on their website (I'm shocked), but no, they do! BUT only positive ones. Prices are flying off into space. My parents (who live nearby) have space TV and no problems. It's time to move on.
