I was in this store yesterday, I wanted to buy a birthday present for a loved one and something for myself at the same time. I ask the consultant, she asks me to wait a LITTLE, without looking up, because she is busy with paperwork. I waited patiently, I had already reviewed everything in the store, there was another customer next to me who was also waiting. There was no second consultant, another girl approached, it is not known if it was the second consultant. I waited like that for 35 MINUTES and left. And then, when I went to other stores, I saw out of the corner of my eye that the issue was still being RESOLVED. So I might have waited another half hour, or even an hour. I understand there are force majeure situations, but in my opinion, the consultant behaved incorrectly, it was possible to just tell the truth, and not just say, "there are difficulties and you will have to wait a long time," or keep other clients informed of the problem. The rest is up to the client's choice. Or at least occasionally contact us instead of pretending that we don't exist. A little bit in my understanding - no more than 15 minutes. During this waiting time, you could go to another store, see something and make purchases in peace. PS. After such an unpleasant incident, I have no desire to enter this store, but perhaps another store in this chain will change my mind.
