Abusive service and incompetent staff. According to the casco, they were misled that it was impossible to repair insurance (although there were no appeals and up to 2 per year were required, and it doesn't matter from the traffic police, the police department, or just the bird was poisoned with acid). When you take out insurance, the communication is cloying, which is disgusting. When you apply for insurance, the tone of communication is as if I have come to beg.
