The cost for the first hour is 7 byn, for the next 4 byn/hour. The car was in the parking lot for 2 hours and 3 minutes - we paid 15 byn. When we left the parking lot, there was a queue of three cars at the entrance, and the scoreboard showed “0” empty seats.

The worst parking arrangement. There is zero service. If you stopped by by mistake and you can't check out right away, pay 7 rubles. The parking meter works crookedly, in order to pay, you need to jump a little with a tambourine next to it. There is zero help at the phone number listed on the People's Commissariat, the handset is picked up once out of 5 calls, while communication is semi-Vietnamese.
