When I was in Astana, I took Raf 2 times (with caramel and with nut syrup) and Latte with hot dog Napolitano - I really liked everything! I was pleased that the girl at the checkout told me to make coffee right away or when the hot dog would be ready. Since I took it with me to have lunch on the embankment, of course I would like everything to be hot. When I took the Raf, they gave me 2 cookies, thank you! The prices in this cafe are affordable.

I was lucky enough to get here while I was on a business trip. I like the price/quality ratio, but the last visit was disappointing. I ordered a signature burger with mozzarella as in the picture on the menu, there is a brioche bun and you can see a lot of mozzarella. First, they brought me a burger with an ordinary bun where there was no cheese at all, I asked if it was exactly mine, they said they were wrong, apparently, and went to redo it. Then they brought me all the same burger filling on a brioche, which had cooled down. I asked to find cheese for the burger, because it is still not there (the waiter is silent and agrees, apologizes). The admin girl comes, asks what's wrong, I explain everything, she apologizes and says that the boss will come up now, she leaves. It takes another 5-8 minutes and she comes with the same burger with only a slightly warmed cutlet and explains that mozzarella is already in the cutlet (although it is not visible, just the cutlet is a little more tender). From this I conclude that either their menu misleads guests, or they just ran out of mozzarella and this is such an excuse. The sinful burger in the photo.
