There was supposed to be an examination the next day. They didn't send the confirmation, or at least they didn't call!! And then, on this day, the circumstances changed, on the same day... we call to cancel the recording, I can't get through, I start from lunch until the evening to cancel, I just got through on the morning of the examination, to which they tell me why you only call in the morning.....It doesn't matter that the entire call log is in the rooms of your belsono center from yesterday. We understand everything, so when something changes, we call you right away, but alas, no one answers, and so it turns out that we can only get through in the morning on the day of recording. If I came to cancel the recording and showed you my calls to your center, you would not answer me, "our phone is lying and there are no calls."...... thanks
