Good afternoon. We were at your restaurant yesterday. The evening was ruined. We ordered a lump kebab, caesar salad. The shish kebab was brought cold!!! Kufta was added to the lump kebab! Kufta was sour. The barbecue was not fresh. The salad was brought - it was delicious, but they found hair and little meat. One salad was normal, but they found a hair. And they didn't find meat in the second one. They asked to call the administration!! The administrator came, unfortunately he started arguing and explaining that this could not be. He didn't even apologize or change the salad. And he left. It is necessary to dismiss such administrators. We asked to change the salad ourselves. Service zero - 0. With an empty restaurant, there is no service at all. The waiters are arguing very loudly among themselves. And the guests hear it. They charged 15% for the service. For what!! What was brought to the table.? Please take action. I do not recommend this restaurant.
