Two stars only because of the location of the hotel (close to the sea, near a park and many shops and cafes)! We arrived there by choosing a tour online. The administrator, Diana, broke into our confidence, constantly pressed for pity, and tried to save money on us! Breakfast was included in the tour, upon arrival, Diana informed us that there were only two days of breakfast and that's all we were outraged about and said that we had paid for the tour with breakfast for the entire stay, and she had to feed us! The room is poorly cleaned, the bathroom is especially dirty, and the outdoor courtyard also requires renovation and renovation! I do not recommend it!!!!!!!!!

I had a rest in Gagra for the first time, I really liked it, the guest house is wonderful, the views are gorgeous,an economy room with two beds, a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a closet, a bathroom in the hallway, no one goes there except you , towels 4 pcs. The bed linen is new. There is a blanket, if it's cold, everything you need will be provided by a kind and nice receptionist, Diana, the breakfasts are good, varied, the courtyard is clean and well maintained. Good location, everything is nearby. I will definitely come back here.

There was a normal hotel in August-September 2025. It's clean and cozy. The windows faced the mountains and the railway, trains rarely run, do not interfere. The staff is responsive, they take into account all your wishes! In principle, everything is fine, but the city of Gagra itself is very dirty. The streets are not cleaned, there is no trash can, there is also dirt on the beach and the constant smell of sewage.

I had a vacation with my daughter in July 2025.Lovely guest house. The room was for two, a pretty cozy room. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, which is a big plus in this heat. A toilet with a shower is also in the room. There is also a TV and a hairdryer, and always clean towels. Breakfast was included in the payment for the stay, which is very convenient. The menu is varied every day, for an additional fee you can order lunch and dinner, but we only had breakfast because we walked all day. You can also wash things in the washing machine for 200 rubles, which is very convenient when small children. Each room has its own shoe shelf and dryer. The ironing board and iron are located in the common corridor. The hostess, Diana, is a very pleasant woman, and she responds instantly to all requests that arise. In general, we really liked it. We'll come again.

I had a rest on 09.09.24, the room is excellent on the 3rd floor, the balcony overlooks the mountains and the main street, the railway is almost inaudible, the sea is nearby for 5-7 minutes, there are many cafes, canteens nearby, the staff are pleasant, friendly people, Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It 's just a terrible place! Apparently the owners don't know what room service is. During the week of stay, the room was not cleaned once . The furniture is in terrible condition, as is everything else.After sleeping on the pillows, pimples appear on the face due to the fact that no one has changed the pillows apparently since the foundation of this <hotel>. There is a railway under the window where trains run daily and interfere with rest! Parking is paid 500 rubles per day , in addition , you can't get there normally , the whole road is full of holes and mud. I do not recommend it!!!

Good day to all! Today I left Abkhazia, where I lived at the Serebryany Dvor Hotel. It's the worst place I've ever seen in my life!!!! People have no idea about a guest service at all!!!! During the 7 days of stay, the room was not cleaned more than once!!!!! Towels and bed linen have also not been changed!!!! The room for living is small, I even got the disease of confined space, it's not comfortable to such an extent!!!! The breakfasts are disgusting, made from the cheapest products! I do not recommend this guest house!!!! Disgusting!!!!!

Not a bad guest house, 2 stars. The hosts and staff are friendly, always clean, linen and towels are changed every 4 days, the sea is close, especially if you turn left and walk through the Park of Glory. This is not an old, but also not a new Gagra, and there are many places of entertainment nearby.All these are advantages. Among the disadvantages: the guest house is located in a fairly busy place (on the one hand there is a highway, on the other hand there is a railway, it's good that trains rarely run).

We rested at the guest house from 08/13/22 to 08/19/22. A wonderful place! We got a room on the third floor with a view of the mountains, from where the hot Abkhazian sun greeted us every morning. There is a very cozy bar on the fourth floor. Here you can not only have a delicious snack, but also comfortably relax from the heat under a canopy in upholstered chairs. On the ground floor there is a reception and a dining room. By the way, the food here is very tasty and varied. Homemade cakes and fruits are always included in the complex! I would like to note that a couple of times, due to late excursions, we missed dinner time, but never went hungry, as the staff left us our portions, warmed up and fed us! By the way, about the excursions. Here, at the reception, you can choose for every taste and book. We were indelibly impressed by the excursion to the Pyv pass, I highly recommend it! It takes about seven minutes to get to the sea from the guest house. The beach is clean and pebbly. There is a Ferris wheel and a water park nearby. And most importantly, the main decoration of the Silver Yard is the people who work in it! Here we had a real rest! Thank you!

Yes, it's not far from the sea 7 minutes through the park, breakfast at the Joequara hotel is also 5 plus, everything else is fine, there are no advantages. Dirt, cockroaches, the kitchen for self-cooking does not function, or rather they are not allowed to cook, you can only reheat the food in the microwave. We went with a family of two people, we were given a room on the second floor, a window with access to the garage and a pile of scrap metal, there was a PUDDLE in the shower after taking hygienic procedures, no table or chairs. To drink tea, you need to go out on the terrace where there are dirty tables. Two days later we were moved to another room, it was a little better, but the mood was spoiled in the end when I had to listen from the mother of the owner of the guest house that we were like that with claims.Advice for those who are going to relax in this guest house, COME to your senses, look for a more decent one.

The cost is adequate for Abkhazia, and purely for the money, and it's nice. Nice rooftop seating area and cozy balconies. The people who work there are polite and pleasant. Dear hosts, owners, pay attention to your staff. You will lose your customers so much! We arrived early in the morning, the room was free, but they asked us for 2000 for early check-in, we could leave our things and walk until lunch, but we didn't have the strength from the road, so we paid and checked in. There were several huge dead bugs waiting for us on the carpet in the room, which is very unpleasant, okay, I took a broom and swept it up. The bathroom is dirty, as if the previous guests had just been rinsed with water, the walls, shower, toilet are all covered in dirty plaque and streaks, too, okay, I took wet wipes and went to rub everything🤪 The cherry on the cake was the bedspread, the top was clean, and the inside was covered in dried vomit, then of course patience ran out, we went to the administrator with a complaint, without any questions we changed both the bedspread and the clean bedclothes. The bed linen and towels have not been changed in 10 days. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, if you arrive at 9, then there is no food, nothing is reported, you are satisfied with the leftovers. Our travel agent announced a kitchen for self-cooking and a fourth floor with armchairs with a beautiful view for relaxing in the evenings, neither of which was there, there seemed to be a fourth floor, but there were a couple of collapsed chairs and a table, the light bulb was barely lit, in general, you can drink beer, but that's all, in the photo of the guest house website of course , something completely different was stated . Of course, it's close to the sea, there are cafes, shops, a pharmacy nearby, which is very important (of course, everyone was sick three days later, they say it's their local rotavirus due to sewage runoff along the coast). By the way, you can wash the laundry, 100 rubles. with your own powder, 200 rubles. with the powder of the guest house. The Wi-fi is disgusting, I had to buy a SIM card, 2000 apiece. To summarize: of course we won't go there anymore, maybe only if we go to Pitsunda, they say it's cleaner there and there's no rotavirus, since there's no sewage in the sea.

I don't even know where to start)))) 1) this is probably the only housing in all of Abkhazia WHERE there are 4 WIFI and none really works.2) meals were paid for - breakfast, lunch. In fact, they said no! Just breakfast and dinner, which nobody really needs, because in the evening you go for a walk and eat in a cafe. It turned out that we spent on lunches and not on planned entertainment (((( 3) eataaaaaa without a choice, give something and eat. Breakfast- porridge (oatmeal, semolina) for 11 days, 2 times they gave sausage with cheese so thick that I can see worse with sunglasses than through a piece of sausage. Dinner was a pearl barley with a taste of meat, there was a terribly over-dried pollock. Serving- for two: 1 saucer with salad or simply chopped vegetables of not the first freshness, four slices of something from fruits.4) the room is a separate funny story))) 2-seater PC. When we came in, we were a little confused by the size, which says that two-way traffic is prohibited, if you want to go out in front, go in the back. We woke up at night from a terrible roar - I thought the house had fallen from the mountains, it turned out that rainwater was accumulating from above and spilling out of a bucket onto the iron corrugated board. Then we jumped off, not just by a passing train, but right behind the balcony at arm's length. While we lived, I assure you all the trains passed with clean windows))) I was wiping🤣PC in one word. The next day, I still wondered what the PC was for them. The answer is that you have all new furniture🙊 Ahhh, there are still rooms without Windows))) and bedside tables, it's probably COMFORT))) in general, it's the 3rd time in Abkhazia, so much fun and on such a large scale for the first time and it's never here!!!!!!

The cleaning is terrible. I washed the shower with soap. Ugh, such unsanitary conditions. In 4 days, no one came to clean up. Generally. We spent 10,000rubles on this charade. I've only seen this kind of toilet paper in public toilets. You charge 2,500₽ per room. Well, give people a proper toilet. Such a shame. I really want to earn money, but I don't want to provide a service. There is no cleaning, toilet paper is the cheapest. The Internet is just terrible! He's gone. I was out of touch for 4 days, I couldn't work from the computer. It doesn't catch at all in the room. Do I recommend this charade? No, of course not. I want to wash 100 times after all this dirt. About the dog: my dog is cleaner at times than your entire guest house.
