I liked the hotel. Large, clean rooms, nice bathroom. Close to the metro. It's a working-class neighborhood, but we knew about it. Sharjah Airport is relatively close by. Upon check-in, they charge a fee of 10 dirhams and leave a deposit of 100 dirhams per room. There is a luggage room, we used it. Overall a good, inexpensive hotel. I recommend

We had a rest with my daughter from 07.04 to 16.04,spacious room, shower, kettle, TV, refrigerator, safe. The room was cleaned daily with a change of linen and towels. Good location, 10 minutes from Union metro station (red, green line), bus station, large shopping center with Carrefour Distance from the beach:kite beach 7.5 km; Al Mamzar 5.5 km There is not a large pool on the roof, we were quite satisfied. A great hotel for good money. The rooms are spacious, with a nice bed and a bathroom. Lots of space, even the shower is super big. Good water pressure, everything is clean. Cleaning was done every day, polite staff will always help carry heavy bags, open the door a crack. There is a rooftop pool, clean👍🏼 There is always an employee who will help (for example, open an umbrella) There was not enough good refrigerator in the room and a balcony, but despite this, clothes dried quickly in the bathtub. The area, of course, is not very pleasant, there are a lot of Indians/Pakistanis who like to pay special attention to single girls, so you need to be careful, but there is a night market with clothes/street food and concerts near the hotel. Very cool stuff, Asian contingent) a lot of Korean-Chinese food for little money. Friendly people, as soon as you enter the market, you immediately feel the difference between the mentality of Arab and Asian countries. The hotel was chosen in particular because of this market, I lived on the 7th floor and of course, I could hear a little movement from the street, but it did not interfere with sleeping very much. Nice city hotel, not far (4 metro stations) from the exhibition center. There is plenty to choose from for breakfast, brewed coffee for an additional fee. The room is clean and tidy. It was cleaned every day. The beds are comfortable. There is a gym and a small pool, there was no time to visit. On the way from the metro to the hotel there is a shopping mall where you can buy something in Carrefour, clothing stores are cheaper than in the Dubai Mall, and you can eat at the food court. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. The area around is not rich, but not India.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days.The hotel is new but the pool has not been working all days.That was in 2022.I didn't like the staff.Rude Filipinos at the reception and in the restaurant on the 2nd floor, they also eat all the time.The cuisine there is Filipino.The rooms are poorly cleaned.I didn't want to go there anymore and I don't recommend it because of the staff

I was vacationing with my son in Dubai, from 11/13.23 to 11/23.23. t sea water +28, t air +31 to +34, warm and comfortable! I have been resting for 2 times already. The Deira area is certainly noisy, where our hotel is, but it was not scary for us, we walked and were on excursions until late in the evening. Next to the Day tu Day store, which was very convenient, everything was 8-10 dirhams, we bought there. The market is nearby. Our hotel "City Avenue Regga Al hotel " is 5-10 minutes from the metro, cross the street. Near the shopping center, cafe, fair, children's attractions. The windows overlooked the courtyard, it was okay to sleep. We lived on the 7th floor. Breakfast was normal for 4. We ate, drank tea, coffee, and were full. It's a long way to the sea. But I found a better way out. I took the subway, which costs 5 dirhams, to the Mach station, immediately leaving the subway, took bus 88 and went to Kite Beach. Use the same card as for the subway, payment at the exit from 3-5 dirhams. And the whole strip of coast has excellent free, free beaches, which was very pleasant. There is also a running and cycling track, where you can walk along the embankment for a very long time, quietly, to the Parus hotel. We are from Sochi, this place reminded me, Sochi Park, the area of the Olympic Park. White, and where there is light yellow, clean sand and very salty sea water, it is easy to swim and comfortable for the body. The rooms at the hotel are clean, cleaned every day, tea and coffee in the room, kettle, iron board. Shampoo, shower gel, tooth. one-time brush and other one-time accessories. Fridge. Minus- There is no balcony. The dryer is small in the room. Friendly staff! We like to relax in the Emirates, we will come again :)
