The hotel is excellent in price-quality ratio, the food is without frills, but delicious and there is a choice, very responsive staff, trying to do everything for a comfortable stay. The beach is not far away, the beach is free, but good, without sun beds and umbrellas (can be rented).

Very, everything is budget-friendly.
But this is not the worst thing
Very dirty everywhere in the rooms, in the restaurant, in the lobby, windows...curtains...a separate topic.
And adjacent rooms, i.e. there is a door to the next room, from the room where we live, this is a very strong discomfort, you can hear everything that happens behind the door

Cockroaches ruined the whole impression. We stayed at the same hotel 3 years ago. The feeling that the curtains have not been washed since then, the walls have not been wiped. Photos from websites do not correspond to reality. They only came to spend the night, so they suffered. You can safely remove the star for unsanitary conditions!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got back from vacation. The first is a hotel with a maximum of three stars. We ordered dinner or a dry ration on arrival through the tez tour - there is nothing. They drove from the airport two hours through Ajman, and if they had brought it right away, they would have had time to have dinner. The beach is free with a voucher, everything is fine, toilet, shower. The rooms have an old smelly dirty carpet. They can give two towels or three, they can not give shampoo. The food is normal. You buy an excursion and they recruit for this excursion both with and without boats, people walk for their money while others ride on a boat and no one warns when selling. Question to the owner! How do you dry your laundry at home???? There is no balcony where people should dry things???? There is an ironing board in the hallway, there is a kettle and tea and coffee are replenished. The sea is gorgeous! For what 4 stars, we did not understand.

I'll start with the star rating of this hotel, a maximum of 2 stars and then with a stretch. We got into the room late at night, neither a snack or a sandwich was offered. The room itself is dead in the trash, with a small window that does not open. After conversations at the reception with grief, they were moved in half a day later to another. The rooms are not cleaned from the word at all, cleaning consists in replacing towels and that's it. The carpet that is in the room, has not been pollinated by anyone, you can plant plants.Breakfast and dinner without frills.Plus of the hotel in one-location and distance from the sea.The hotel has no more advantages, the hotel needs a new manager, repairs and improvements to the kitchen and cleaning of the hotel and rooms.Yes, and in the replacement of all towels

My girlfriend and I have been at this hotel since 08.09. We arrived at 06.00 in the morning. To settle us right away, we were offered to pay 100 dirhams (the first time I see this in the UAE). The rooms are dirty, the carpet is all stained. They cleaned so-so. The breakfasts are normal. The hotel pulls on -3 stars.

I'll tell you in a nutshell. The food is very poor and breakfast and dinner (or you could take lunch to choose from) the rooms are old, poorly cleaned. With cockroaches, there were a horde of cockroaches. We changed two rooms before we were given at least no insects. With a view of the sea-the road. At first they were happy, but until the first night the windows did not hold the sound very much and all the trucks and cars passed as if behind your back. The shower room is mildewed. It's not convenient to get to Dubai from the hotel.
Positive. 7 minutes to the water (running across the road), 20 minutes to the supermarket. 3 minutes plus paying for a sunbed and you're on the beach of someone else's hotel. The promenade is a 35-minute walk away. There is a sauna in the basement. And it seems like all these advantages. Not to the hotel yet, but there's a woman selling excursions, she's great!

The hotel is so-so. The room is dusty and dirty. There's a fungus in the bathroom. There is no food. They didn't get poisoned, and that's fine. A huge minus is the carpet in the rooms and corridors. It's so dirty, it's a nightmare. With an allergy to dust, you can suffocate! But there are advantages: proximity to the sea, shops, currency exchange. The aquarium is within walking distance. By the way, it's not even bad.

I do not advise this hotel, the breakfasts are meager, there was nothing to feed the child for a few days, then they began to make pancakes, the repair was right very tired, it was right squeamish to go into the shower, everything was in mold, it was impossible to dry the laundry, everything in the room dried for two days, towels were changed every day, but they are very worn out moreover, they did not lie down for the legs very often, there were cockroaches in our room, the only advantages of this hotel are the proximity to the sea and Kristina, who sells excursions cheaper than guides. The main contingent is Russian tourists, but soon they will not go to such a sewer (and that's exactly what I want to call this hotel), nevertheless, the owner needs to invest in repairs, otherwise there is a huge risk of losing all tourists. My husband and I are not pretentious, but even we were shocked by the hotel.

Friendly reception, quick check-in. Asked "I want a beautiful view of the sea from the window"understood and immediately settled).We took breakfast and dinner. We had enough food, but I heard the opinion that I don't like the monotony of dishes. The sea and the public beach are 5 minutes away, across the street from the hotel.There is also a fish restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel, we visit it with pleasure every time we arrive. Prices, staff, size and taste of dishes are good,compliments in the form of hummus and pickled vegetables, dessert and tea are also included in the compliment (location of landmarks.mechen on a vacant lot) in the other direction from the hotel, there is a Kazan restaurant, we did not like it there, the prices are expensive and the dishes are not very good. There is a supermarket even further from it, they took water and food to the room there, the prices are good. One of the disadvantages of the hotel is the dampness in the room, the windows are closed from the side of the road. Things were dried near the pool, by the way, it is cozy and very comfortable for small children and you can relax on the sun beds. We were in early January...the weather is hot, but there is wind, the beach is almost empty. There is a paid beach, you need to go towards the low-low hotel.

The hotel seems to be normal for its money and the bay is a 3-minute walk away and the rooms are clean and the food for this money is normal, though monotonous. The beach nearby is public, not to say wild, but not la mer. The main problem of this series of hotels is that they are far from civilization, a local shop, not far from it, has raised prices decently for groceries, it's not possible to just go out and walk around the city. Getting to Dubai by public transport is also a problem. Based on my experience of holidays in the UAE, I recommend looking for an inexpensive hotel in Dubai in order to be able to use the bus and metro and safely travel around Dubai and its interests without resorting to taxi.

Recently vacationed with my daughter in this hotel. Quiet, calm. Good service. Every morning the room is cleaned, towels and bed linen are changed. Kettle, sugar and tea leaves are free of charge. Air conditioning in the room is free of charge. There is a TV. But only one channel was working. But in Russian. Good breakfasts. There are a lot of fruits. Russian-speaking staff. And most importantly - the beach is free just a 5-minute walk away.
