A great place to relax! Polite, friendly staff. Delicious food, or rather a buffet. We had breakfast at the base. There is a swimming pool, spa with saunas, Jacuzzi. Children can be left in the play area, where they come up with different types of entertainment for children every day. You can go out to Chebachye Lake from the zone, swim, ride a catamaran or sit on the shore in silence. Lake Borovoe is a bit far, but you can go for a walk. The only disadvantage is that we rented a wooden, summer room, there can be no sound insulation as such, so we must be prepared for noise if the neighbors are not quiet. So basically everything is fine! Thanks a lot to all the staff. Only warm memories remain from the rest🥰🥰🥰

Many thanks to all the staff and the management of the Terrace, we rested both body and soul, a complete reboot!!! A cool hotel, architecture, good furniture, furnishings, everything is at the highest level, it is clear that everything is thought out to the smallest detail, definitely worth the money. The staff is as polite and considerate as possible. Check-in and reception of rooms is very fast, the rooms are clean. Bedding sets are a separate love. We decided to come here with my family on my birthday. We have booked two rooms. The room is clean, cozy, there are bathrobes, slippers, gel, shampoo, toothbrushes. Pastel snow-white, hotel series. The spa was immediately booked at the reception. They give 2 hours per day to visit. The pool is from 8 to 20. The restaurant has a very decent service and menu. The prices are average. Everything is very tasty and on the level. During lunch, they congratulated me on my birthday, turned on a song and brought a sweet compliment. The children were delighted.
The area here is just fantastic. There are many interesting locations, there is a path in the forest, there are places where you can just sit and slow down the course of life. There is an excellent Playground on the territory, a spacious children's club in the main building. The pool is clean, there is a deep pool for adults and children.
We really enjoyed our vacation, we returned home satisfied and rested. Thanks to the hotel administration for the service. We wish you continued prosperity!

We rarely visit Borovoye, literally once a year: we are a little dissatisfied with the price / quality at the resort as a whole. Nevertheless, we decided to get away from the hustle and bustle for a day.
We spent two days choosing a hotel... and we chose it! We spent a day in a summer house, 2 people. We were SUPER satisfied, well, really with EVERYTHING. The room is clean! I will not hesitate to say that I am very squeamish. But what was my joy - the room was perfectly clean!!! Bathroom, bed, terry cloth, separate respect for those.to the staff. Keep this level, please :))
The territory is clean, well-groomed, just beautiful and pleasant. The SPA is very clean and also nice to be in. It's a pity we didn't try to steam with the steam masters. I think we will definitely come back for this.
Excellent private bridges for walking through the forest. Very thoughtful.
And the biggest respect TO the KITCHEN. Everything was sooooo delicious at breakfast. Porridge, pancakes, different variations of eggs, sausages, cheeses, sweet table… I want breakfast all day :))
At dinner, too, we were satisfied. The barbecue is delicious!!!
The waitress girl, I don't know her name, dark with a braid and in a skirt - such a good girl. It was so lucky that she was the one who served us, the others seem to be walking around the restaurant a little detached :)) Well, it does, depending on the outside, of course.
They did not dare to enter the lake: firstly, it was cold, secondly, it was dirty, and there was some kind of brown sludge under the catamarans, I do not know what it is, but if you enter from the pontoon, then, as if unnoticed 😄
But they managed to get into the outdoor pool before the sun came out from behind the clouds. It's a little dirty, a little cloudy, but if you really want to, then you can probably climb in. 😄
I don't know how the number of people here is on hot days, we got into the rains, there were few people, this was a plus for us on this trip. (Or they were somewhere in the building).
In general. I liked everything. If you had a large swimming pool and a well-groomed beach, you would not have a price. 99% will be back.

We lost four regular customers.
The hotel itself is good. We spent weekends and public holidays there, if possible, starting in March 2021. They recommended him to his relatives and friends, but as they say, they overestimated him.
We checked in on time . The rooms are clean, tidy and the staff is polite. We went to the spa - it is very well equipped, with a Jacuzzi and various steam rooms. We were in the pool. Deep is the best place for those who like to swim and work out. However, you need to wear hats and it is better to bring them with you, since they cost 1000 + tenge there.
We liked the breakfast. There is a large selection and the restaurant itself is well equipped. I especially like the view from the window. The territory of the hotel is large, at a decent distance you can find trash cans and a separate plus that the hotel takes care of nature. The only downside is the lawn mower. Children's screams (surprisingly) were not as infuriating as this sound! We walked several kilometers from the hotel, and this sound haunts everything (like Shaitan) to the very end. And we decided to paint the grass on a day off, when so many guests arrived. And on weekdays, is it not fate to do this?! They told the girl at the reception about this problem and received one complaint in response. I felt like a refugee asking for shelter from them, and not a guest who paid a decent amount for two nights 🥲
The price, of course, is a separate topic. We had a New Year's holiday in Zurich; in a four-star hotel with its own pool and breakfast, a room for two per night turned out to be cheaper than here. I understand that Burabai is called Switzerland, but the prices should be Kazakhstani. Or what?😄
After a good experience in the restaurant and with live music (thanks to the saxophonist, a real professional), we decided to have dinner and celebrate the holiday again in this restaurant. The mood after the spa was just wonderful, but after waiting for the menu for 15 minutes, it abruptly slipped. Two waiter guys walked past us, looked at us and didn't ask if we should have a menu. After we went to the hall ourselves and asked the waitress to take the order, they deigned to pay their "royal" attention to us. And the appetite immediately disappeared.

After spending the last night at the hotel, we were going to check out. We had been to the spa before and left a used wet towel from the room in this spa. Where exactly has already been forgotten. But at the check-out, the girl at the reception clung to this towel, as if we were taking half of the hotel with us. Why do we need it?! And you can understand her, she is an employee who was "scared off" by the administrators (or whoever is sitting there at the top) for such absurdities. 15,500 tenge fine for loss? I'll give you three new towels for that price, my dears.
This was not surprising, because the maids eat curled up in their cubicles (on the fourth floor). There is enough space in the restaurant to put the staff at the table and feed them a normal meal. But ordinary people work. We don't live in seventeenth-century America when slaves were treated like this. (Or are we being "slandered" by a third world country for a reason?!)
In the end, after connecting the cameras (and the FBI and the CIA), they found this poor towel, because none of the guests need a washed wet towel (or?). And while the hotel security service was thrown in search of this towel, we, like criminals in front of the prosecutor, stood at the reception desk (waiting for the verdict for more than forty minutes).
I would like to add more from myself: 1) the road to the hotel is dead; I saw the hotel's response that they are not responsible for this and all the claims against the akimat, but, dear administrators, how should guests get to your hotel? On a broomstick? I left mine at Hogwarts, because in the Muggle world you can't shine with it, or you never know what;) in general, it was possible to negotiate with the akimat, if you want people to come to you.
2) And I don't want to sound like a Nazi, but employees should know Kazakh, at least at A2 level. And then I came and couldn't understand, am I in Kazakhstan or in Kyrgyzstan?!
I hope this was an isolated incident, but the experience I had in three days is enough to not come here anymore. And I wish you, future guests, a good rest and prosperity to the hotel!!!

The modern hotel is located in a picturesque place Borovoye, but it is a little difficult to drive up - the road is country. The staff behaves rudely and not attentively, several times I had to ask for teaspoons and other appliances. Coffee breaks for the seminar participants were never ready in time! I had to wait. He asked to explain how to wash things, they gave an answer, after which he refused the service! The impression of the stay was saved by the fact that the territory is clean and with beautiful landscaping, as well as high employment with the guests of the seminar.

Прекрасное место для отдыха!
Еда (завтрак) вкусно. Сауны, душевые очень классные, оборудования новые. Размещение и сервис был на отличном уровне. Есть сад, много деревьев, места где можно пожарить семейно шашлычки. 🍖 или кто любит поразмыслить в одиночку — пуфы, скамейки и другие места где можно почилить 😌
Есть также аренда велосипедов, катамаронов и прочих интересных штук на которых можно обойти территорию 🗺️
Из минусов только отмечу что находится прям внутрт внутри.. приезжать желательно на тачке либо заказывать такси как на приезд так и на выезд 🚕
Рекомендую это место. Стоит однозначно своих денег 💵😌

Top for your money. I went with my daughters to Borovoye in the middle of the week in order to buy a child in the pool. Before that, I was in Rixos and Windham. The Windham is sold out - they just didn't sell out. In rixos, 20 thousand from an adult, 10 from a child. There's 8000 for an adult, 4500 for a child. Rush. We were alone in the pool until 15:00. A wonderful place is terrassa park!!! The service in the restaurant was excellent, the waiters were very attentive and sociable, this is a huge plus for me. The food is simply incredible, I really liked salads, pasta, as well as various cocktails! I also visited the spa area during my vacation, went for massages and was delighted! I've been to see Master McKee and I can tell that she has just magical hands. And also I was in the sauna complex, probably it's called that correctly. I was at Nicole's, and they steamed and scrubbed, honey wrap, wonderfully straight! I would also like to note that the entire territory of the hotel is clean, beautiful interior both outside and inside. I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely come back again!!! ❤️

Всё достаточно не плохо, еда вкусная, большая территория, есть где погулять, единственное, что уход за территорией и озеленение в основном только возле отеля, далее газон не очень, деревья посажены но совсем маленькие кустики можно сказать и когда они вырастут большой вопрос,так как стоят без полива как я понял. Удивила конечно прогулочная зона в сам лес, сделаны дорожки деревянные, в разные стороны расходятся, но и где-то соединяются они, есть островки там же, для отдыха, растёт облепиха местами, очень красиво, есть конечно и другие, как ирга и т.д. А так сама территория возле отеля красивая, зелёная, гамаки, пуфы под навесом, беседки, детская площадка тоже понравилась детям.
Бассейн на улице совсем маленький, для такого отеля нужно делать больше, мы были в будние дни и там как лягушата, в маленькой луже, внутри бассейн норм, можно поплавать, но на вид вода мутноватая.
В спа попарились вечером, парилки не очень большие, максимум на 4-5 человек, но пар хороший.
Детская игровая в отеле тоже так себе, на 15-20 минут можно оставить детей, более там делать им нечего.
Номера чистые, бельё хорошее, единственное душевая кабинка не очень, внизу где стык имеется ржавчина или ещё что-то такое, не очень выглядит.
Испортило изначально впечатление сама дорога до отеля, сворачиваешь с главной улицы на право к ним и всё, буераки такие, яма на яме, но мы потом нашли другую дорогу, там хоть местами асфальт есть, правда нужно проехать переулок и выезжаешь на нормальную улицу, а которая ведёт по гугл карте это нечто, в 2 Гис их нет, карта которая указана у них на сайте не активна, сразу забывайте в гугл Terassa park, а не их адрес, так как по адресу ведёт в Щучинск.
Кстати если хотите тишину, то номера надо выбирать со стороны центрального входа, но вид из окна на территорию с другой стороны, тут уж выбирать вам, но музыка и веселье до 24:00 часов, так что не очень напрягало, закрытие окон приглушает конечно звук, но не очень.

The hotel is terrible, not like in the Instragram video, we took a room for three and + 1 extra place, did not provide a bathrobe for the fourth person, we had to beg, again there are no cups, we call to ask, the admin is rude saying allegedly we should have asked and checked immediately upon arrival! The breakfasts were terrible, not tasty, I took pancakes out of desperation and they were wooden, it is not possible to chew. The rooms are old, smelly, and dark! It smells like someone 's sweating 😰
In general, I do not recommend this place! And we will never come here again!

Это шедевр!Это место куда охота вернуться снова и снова!С первой минуты пребывания, всё распологает к комфортному отдыху. Отличное обслуживание, очень приветливый персонал, еда выше всяких похвал,поварам отдельный респект за приготовление и подачу блюд! Очень приятным был бонус в виде бесплатного обеда выигранного в лотерее на незабываемой вечеринке Black and white party!Это минимум эмоций,которые я смог выразить. Большое спасибо всему персоналу отеля за комфортное проживание и внимание к посетителям. Вы лучшие!

In general, it seems that the hotel is not for families with small children. There are a lot of restrictions. You can only use the spa from the age of 12 and have one room 2 hours a day. We have small children, and we spent one hour with our spouse at the spa (hammam, steam room) in turn, very little. The game room is not bad, small, the animator does not play with children, stands more like an administrator, looks after the order. The kitchen is delicious, the breakfast is a good buffet.

Good day to all. I returned from the Park Terrace yesterday and was very disappointed. It's not the first year we've been staying at this hotel. But apparently it's not forever. In general, everything is fine in the hotel. The restaurant was disappointed. The chef and the sous chef, in my opinion, are just tired of work or they don't have enough food at home and they take them home from the restaurant. It all started on the first day of arrival. Breakfast buffet....the fried eggs are cold and cold. The children took the pancakes, too, turned out to be cold. I went up to the waiters and asked them to pay attention . The polite guys promised to fix it. Then everything was more interesting. At lunch, we ordered different dishes and among them was a Greek salad. The calculation and recipe were apparently developed by the chef personally. Cherry picker 1/4 tomato , one olive , and lettuce leaves . We made a remark and said we will fix it. This has been the case for four days. Patience was already running out, there were only words and let's fix it. On the fifth day, I ordered a hodgepodge and then I was waiting for a trick.... They brought a large plate and a hodgepodge at the bottom. I couldn't stand it, I asked to call the chef, he couldn't come out himself, the Sous chef. I asked how they calculate the portion calculation, to which he was surprised and said that you did not like it. I showed him the amount of soup in the plate, which I heard, and you take the second one and then everything will be fine. It also turned out to be news to him that everything is always cold for breakfast. For the soup, I explained to him that my child would not even eat such a portion. As a result, he didn't even apologize. This has never happened before. The waiters were great guys trying to constantly steer for the chefs. Nice territory, staff, spa,pool, I liked it all. But the dishes in your cafe and breakfast are tasteless from the word at all, maybe it's our taste, of course, everything is individual, but for our family it was tasteless neither for us adults nor for children.
They gave a standard double room, but it was impossible to sleep in it, the hood was buzzing all night, it was just awful, we didn't rest, but we were tired. For the first time in my life we had such a rest))

Благодарю администрацию отеля за высокое качество предоставления услуг. Всё безупречно.
Люди, работающие в отеле, профессионально выполняют свою работу. Нравится всё от охраны до чистоты в номерах, запоминающиеся дизайн, стилистика, ландшафтные решения, СПА комплекс - великолепен, а в руки мастера массажа хочется вернуться снова, профессионал.
По завтракам - качество продуктов не вызывает сомнений, но хотелось бы разнообразить блюда по дням (не только каши), возможно в высокий сезон есть ротация.
Обязательно приедем еще не раз. Рекомендую.

Понравилось почти все, кроме того что на улице бассейн больно детский ( можно было сделать и для взросрых и рядом детский). Внутри здания бассейн хороший, но на потолке столько пауков. Завтрак хороший, номер тоже( но тоже есть свои минусы). Пляж где стоит горка ( там очень мелко, ил и плюс там очень много металлолома валяется и так далее) не очень хотелось купаться. А да за весь период не разу новые тапочки (одноразовые не менялись) а так в целом нормально.

Молодцы ребята! Стараются содержать отель в чистоте и порядке. Очень большая и ухоженная территория, много различных локаций для отдыха: гамаки, полушки, террасы, интересные интерьерные решения. Внутри все чистят и моют постоянно! На уровне место! Везде цветы, декор!
Про ресторан: персонал не знает меню, "плавает", когда спрашиваешь из каких видов мяса или рыбы состоит блюдо. Ссылаются не то, что сами не пробовали. Блюда вкусные, пицца оооочень понравилась! Чистая и приятная посуда.

Очень понравился отель в плане территории, ресторана!!!! ( это отдельная пятерка), ну и номера ( не риксос), но для ночевки супер и кровати очень удобные. Есть охраняемая парковка, но не особо большая. Уборка в номерах так себе. Подъезд к комплексу хрень полнейшая, вокруг все очень бедно, просто и убого. Но когда попадаешь на территорию отеля - это просто оазис в пустыне. Завтраки были абсолютно одинаковые каждый день, но если брать дополнительно платный капучино 😉 то все сразу налаживается.

Шикарная природа, на территории. номера чистые, супер. Завтрак вкусный, ещё бы был обед и ужин вообще шикарно. Цены на пиво и воду космос((... Для детей мало развлечений, детская комната очень маленькая. Нет вечерней дискотеки или анимаций днем на природе на территории, хотя вся инфраструктура позволяет это делать. Люди и дети сами себе предназначены. Пляж маленьки лежаков мало.

НЕ стоит своих денег. Данный гостевой комплекс от подобных ему отличает только СПА и бассейн. Приезжали всей семьей, с родителями и детьми. По приезду оказалось, что горячей воды нет и не будет. В бассейне была холодная вода, в душе ледяная. Причем об отсутствии холодной воды персонал знал заранее, но не предупредил. В итоге отдых был испорчен максимально. На завтрак выпечка также была не свежая.. Главное продать, о людях там никто не думает. Погулять по округе можно и в другом месте намного дешевле.

Хотела бы оставить отзыв о вашем отеле, который, к сожалению, испортил все впечатление и настроение в день рождения, который я хотела встретить у вас.
Кроме такой мелочи, как неудобные браслеты, которые нельзя ни снять, не отрегулировать , и потом ими царапаешься . и его надевают даже ребенку
Самое неприятное было увидеть на завтраке плесень на колбасе… выпечка абсолютно не свежая, сухая
В спа зоне неприятный запах сырости в душе, в джакузи …
В наши 2е суток, которые мы там были еще и отключался свет во всем отеле дважды.
Ну и странный инцидент про десерт от шеф повара всем именинникам в честь дня рождения (что заявлено у вас в инстаграме) - пока я сама не пришла в ресторан и не попросила его, мне никто его даже не предлагал.
Как итог, деньги на ветер, испорченый день рождения и зря потраченное время…

Персонал добрый, питание отличное, но я бы добавила еще чего нибудь, территория с площадкой и большая, номера просторные и чистые, все чисто и здорово!
