The hotel left a pleasant impression. This is a great option for those who are looking for a stylish, modern place with great views. It is located in a very lively and interesting area, within walking distance of the main attractions (Galata Tower, Istiklal, bridge over the Golden Horn). There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops around. Metro and tram stops are nearby, it's easy to get anywhere. We lived in a room with a panoramic window — a view of the Golden Horn Bay and the old town.Cleaning is daily, linen and towels are fresh. A terrace on the top floor with panoramic views. Breakfast (buffet) was served there. The selection is not huge, but everything is very fresh, delicious, with local cheeses, olives, and good pastries. The coffee is excellent. Breakfast with this view is the best way to start the day. The staff is polite and helpful. They always helped me call a taxi and gave me directions. Fragments is more than just a hotel. This is an atmospheric place that becomes part of the Istanbul experience. I definitely recommend it to couples and travelers who appreciate the design, views and location. We were very satisfied and will be happy to come back here again.

I liked the hotel, we took a spacious room with a view. They didn't regret it. Yes, it's an old room, but almost everyone in Istanbul is like that. Breakfasts are served on the terrace, very nice, not super varied, but you will not stay hungry. The only drawback is the sooo sharp descent next to it, you'll pump up your legs even more. If you plan to take the subway from the airport, it's close, but it was really difficult to go to the hotel or back to the subway with your suitcases, and also, right on our nights there, they made the road shorter, we didn't sleep the last night

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, close to Taksim and Galata Port. The staff is polite and attentive. The room is clean, they asked for extra. A blanket and a pillow were brought immediately. We had breakfast with a view of the Bosphorus - it's such a pleasure to drink coffee with such a view, in the morning a great mood is provided)

Nice hotel for a couple of days. I came for the weekend, to dilute my winter weekdays with new impressions. I stayed on the 4th floor, panoramic view on 3 sides, comfortable mattress, asked to bring glasses, bathrobes, everything is clean and tidy, the furniture is not tired. The view is colossal, upon arrival I changed my clothes and went to dinner on the 6th floor in a restaurant. Everything is delicious, and everything looks beautiful... In the morning we went to 11 for breakfast, ate fried eggs, cupcake, cheese with olives and pineapple juice. We were already drinking coffee in the city, I didn't want to drink, I don't know what. The staff doesn't speak Russian, except as a girl in a restaurant. She speaks and understands.

The hotel has 5 floors and on the floor, as we understood from the 3rd room, this is the view from the 501st room. The rooms are spacious, there is a smell from the bathroom, but as I understand it, this is a common problem in Istanbul. The biggest problem for me was that I have a super light sleep, which is that there is a restaurant on top and they make noise around 12 at night and in the morning. I also noticed, but it's probably not like there are batteries everywhere, it was just raining and we didn't know how to dry things later. We didn't like breakfast yet, we ate it once and then started going to other places. I consider the location of the hotel to be super ideal. 7 minutes from everything =) in general, I recommend the hotel, maybe it would be better to take the 4th floor. The view from the window is good, but how often will you look =)

Minuses : 1) breakfast is two burnt eggs for two, they asked for more - they said no, a few pieces of cucumbers and tomatoes, instant coffee is disgusting, bread and fried bread, stale fried potatoes. 2) A very uncomfortable mattress and creepy sintepon pillows. 3) Towels are white, but in fact gray and with yellow spots, they asked at the reception to change, they forgot, we reminded them, they forgot anyway. 4) The noise insulation is terrible, from the very morning you can hear all the neighbors, the whole street even through the closed window, and all the hotel employees, despite the fact that you have the "do not disturb" button pressed 5) Kind and smiling staff at the reception, but everything so that you do not ask to replace the light bulb, or towels, Everyone will forget .

Gorgeous view from the windows of the upper floors, convenient location (for me))), boring breakfast, helpful guys at the reception. Poor room cleaning, often lack of it, arrogant and conflicting cleaning staff. The manager left a request that the room was poorly cleaned, she came to our table during breakfast to swear.

In general, I did not like it. We were accommodated in a room located on the 1st floor next to the reception, and thus there was no chance of sleeping at night. At night, the staff had a lot of activity and loud conversations. And when you're on vacation after a long flight, and in general, it spoils the whole impression and mood.
