The location is excellent!!! All historical sights are within walking distance. The tram stop is 50 meters away and the metro is nearby. I booked an economy room because I was alone and in Istanbul for only 2 days in transit. It is normal to spend two nights, but it is not suitable for a vacation. The room is very, very small!!! I kept tripping over the legs of the bed, not because I was clumsy, but because there was very little room to move around the room. There's a strong smell of smoking because there's a cafe downstairs. But I didn't come to sit in my room, but to walk around Istanbul for a day and fly on. The breakfasts at the neighboring hotel are quite acceptable, you won't stay hungry and everything is delicious, especially stewed vegetables with mushrooms. The hotel has an elevator, which, by the way, is not available in all hotels in the old town.Even though I checked in on the first day in the evening, on the second day my room was cleaned and my towel and linen were changed, which is a big plus. The staff speaks Turkish and English, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

At first glance, it's a good hotel.One star immediately for the location, everything nearby is very convenient.The second one is for normal breakfasts, for this price per room per day, it's quite decent, you can find something to eat, minus the fact that there is no regular water and no coffee machine, but that's okay. The advantages end there. The room itself seems decent at first glance, but only one blanket for three adults, 1 roll of toilet paper, which will not be replaced when it runs out, just for a tip.There are no hooks in the bathroom or in the room, and three hangers for the entire closet. I understand everything, 3 stars, but this is a straight base that can be easily solved, at least with towel hooks in the bathroom. All the fun started later.The day we stopped by, it was very noisy at the construction site next door, and the building between our hotel and the one next door was being demolished. On the 5th day of our arrival at the department, we came and found a hole behind the closet (I'll attach a photo) . We went to sort it out at the reception, we were offered the same room on 2 floors above.Thanks to the adequate staff. We moved there on the last day of our stay. On the last day before departure, we waited for a transfer in front of a cafe, watched the experiment, so to speak, they quickly patched everything with concrete and will settle people It is very dangerous to move in above 2 floors,the crack is serious,a security issue,be careful when choosing this hotel

The location is very convenient, the breakfasts are mostly vegetables, very tasty cooked.We ate well. The staff is friendly and courteous. But the hotel itself is terrible. The old rooms are very small, the linen is gray and washed (towels are changed daily!) The shower cabin has no doors and all the water is splashing all over the room. There was a BIG RED COCKROACH in the room on the first day! When we saw him, I wanted to run.The corridor is one spiral staircase, it's already difficult for the two of us to separate. In general, for an amateur. But the location is very convenient, there are good exchangers in the area. We left at eight in the morning every day and came back at eleven, so we didn't notice anything anymore. The most important thing is hot water and a bed. This hotel did not spoil the excellent impression of Istanbul!

This is not a boutique hotel, but a box of pencils)We were shocked by the size of the room, there was no place to put our suitcase, the door rested on the bed on the balcony and it was impossible to go out on the balcony. The rooms are battered, the bathroom is in terrible condition, the taps are leaking, the tiles are chipped off, the shower is dirty, in a word, the conditions are unsanitary. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the towel was changed every day. The breakfasts were generally edible, tea/ coffee, sausage, 3 types of cheese, cereals, omelette, eggs, potatoes, apples, pumpkin, cucumbers, tomatoes, salads.

In this hotel in July 2024, we visited Istanbul for the first time - that's why we decided to settle within walking distance of key attractions. In general, the location of the hotel is cannon, a view of the Bosphorus, the metro, a tram stop that will take you to the Grand Bazaar and more.The staff is friendly, everything is clean and tidy, humane breakfasts. There was a small refrigerator that was not working, and a working kettle, TV and a refrigerator. But there is one main disadvantage- micro rooms, they are not just small, they are tiny - 2 people cannot turn around. It is possible if you travel alone, then it is tolerable. But we made a mistake that we didn't take this into account before planning the trip and didn't read the reviews. It's the same with the bathroom, as if I got into a dollhouse. The experience was not spoiled by these disadvantages, the hotel was not the cheapest.

Excellent location, right in front of the entrance to Marmaray (metro line). Super small rooms. But that's not the main thing. The worst thing is bedbugs. We lived for a week, and it took us a while to realize that bedbugs were biting us. They asked us to move to another room - they bit us even worse there. The itching went away for another three or four days. Horror. I recommend closing the hotel and carrying out treatment for bedbugs. It's only because of these bedbugs that I'm writing a review) The staff is basically normal. The Cowboy uncle is friendly, the reception is normal, the girl also worked as a Russian speaker. A flophouse, not a three-star hotel. the room was given a terrible one, the refrigerator does not work, the TV, they left a towel with holes. We paid for a room with a sea view and eventually settled on the second floor with a view of the subway and a hookah room, the room is not neat, there is mold in the bathroom.they didn't give us another room, like there are no others, although people were settled perfectly when we were there. Terrible administrators, especially a Russian-speaking woman, a boor and a liar, a disgusting aftertaste remained.They ruined my birthday and no apologies. I do not recommend it.

We were at the hotel in April 2023. A huge plus is the location. Walking distance to the most important sights, metro station, ferries, tram. The hotel itself needs renovation, especially in the rooms. The rooms are very small, but considering that it is only normal to spend the night in them. The staff is helpful and always helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and this is a huge plus. You definitely won't stay hungry.

I was at this hotel from the 10th to the 14th of February, I decided to celebrate my birthday in Istanbul), I have never regretted it! The hotel is really very homely) The staff is great! Many people speak Russian. The location is simply gorgeous! Everything is very close! The breakfasts are good, everything is fresh. You can eat both downstairs and on the summer veranda. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. But the fact that the rooms are small is true. There is no shelf in the shower, it is not very convenient, and there is no closet, too, I will not say that it is good. Hang clothes like this, on plumb lines and on a hook) There is a balcony overlooking the Bosphorus. But since I was not there to sit in the room, but to wander around the city, these are small things. Memed, Orhan and, of course, the Cowboy))) they won my heart with their sensitivity and reliability! I recommend the hotel to those who like to walk around Istanbul! ❤

Thank you very much for the warm welcome at the hotel! I really liked the helpful staff, all friendly and sincere people. The room was comfortable, clean, the location of the hotel is excellent, the famous mosques, markets and Galata Bridge are 10 -15 minutes on foot! At night, the illuminated bridge over the Bosphorus was visible from the window. A fairy tale that you want to return to!
