A spoiled day and mood in Dubai.
We took this hotel in November 2024 for one extra night...
The hotel saves on everything! You will not get pleasure here for sure. There is something to compare it with, as I often visit Dubai and always take four-star hotels. What exactly are my complaints about the hotel : 1. Dirty and "tired" room: furniture stained and streaked, dust in the ventilation outlets of the split system that are directly above your heads when you sleep, all USB sockets in our room were broken, the shower was completely not comfortable and the room as a whole is cramped and not comfortable. The beds are not comfortable, the mattress is not fixed and leaves the bed. 2. There is absolutely nothing to eat at breakfast, all the products are of average quality, the choice is meager, even the pancakes that are made by a special machine are rubber and obviously from a chemical mixture. 3. Dull interiors on the floors, a boorish girl at the reception who mocked the claims against the hotel as soon as I turned away, but my wife saw everything.. In general, the hotel leaves the impression of far from the best "three-star" in Dubai, but it definitely does not pull for four stars and for exactly the same money (14,500 rubles for 1 night on 11/20/24) in the same location there are very decent hotels in which I personally rested and everything was 10 out of 10.
In response to my complaints, a receptionist named Mohamed promised to provide us with an amazing room next time if we write to him personally in advance.. But no, thanks, it doesn't work that way, I won't return to this hotel chain anymore. I had a different opinion about the Hilton Double Tree chain until I tried it....

We rested in September for 23 years
Breakfast and dinner are buffet style (there is little choice) but everything is delicious! There is an open kitchen + and they can cook something for you right away... the staff is polite. No one from the staff spoke Russian.. but I managed to sort out the translator. The hotel is 8/10, the pool is 10/10 and the view is steep from it. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day! The metro is nearby, cafes and shops too!

I liked the hotel as a whole, it is new and stylish, the metro is a 5-minute walk away, not far from the DXB airport, you can take the metro. At 10.30 and at 15.00 there is a shuttle to Lamer Beach, back at 15.30. For some reason, the pool was open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., which is not very convenient. The pool itself is small, but we always found a place.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are delicious, but there is little choice. I really liked the desserts. Coffee and tea in the morning are free, lunch and dinner are paid. The staff is friendly and attentive, there have never been any problems, they always meet us halfway. Cleaning every day. What I didn't like was the location, there is a construction site around, there is nowhere to walk, there is no sidewalk to the subway, but there is little to go there, so we were not particularly upset.

It is worth putting 4 stars. The hotel is 4 stars and 4 stars mark. For your money, a normal hotel. Minus its location, if you decide to go for a walk on foot, then there is a construction site around and there is not much place to walk in 10 minutes nearby. The breakfasts are not bad, the choice of dishes is modest, but the quality is quite good. The staff is polite, there are no Russian speakers, but this is not everywhere. The subway is far enough away and you will have to sweat a little while you go to the subway. There are a couple of small shops nearby, there is a restaurant quite tolerable and a bar also for 4 people. In general, I can't recommend it, but the place is quite.

The children and I are happy .the rooftop pool is great!the gym with exercise equipment is round the clock .dinners-shrimp and grilled meat with various snacks.

Pros:
* friendly staff, they know what service is here. Example: we were at the pool, took two towels there from the lifeguard, swam, dried off. I say: can I take them to the beach with me tomorrow? He says: no problem, but at the same time he took these towels and gave us fresh ones!) I'm in shock)) and there were enough such pleasant little things.

* a towel is given to the beach by the pool,
the bus takes you to La Mer beach and to the Dubai Mall and picks you up.
I will say this: 2 years ago I was vacationing at Millenium Place Marina, on Dubai Marina, it costs twice as much now as this Hilton. But the Hilton is no worse, just located away from everything, but the subway helps out. And Hilton wins 10 times over breakfast, there was nothing to eat in the Millennium, and I only had to dream about fruit. But even taking into account the expensive fare, it is more profitable to pay for this hotel than to take it somewhere on the Dubai Marina.
