The hotel is clean, cozy, friendly. The building is adjacent to the mosque, but surprisingly it did not bother us. For this area, the hotel is conveniently located in the center of everything and at the same time relatively quiet. The room is small, the shower is compact. The Deluxe room on the 5th floor provides tea and coffee bags, a kettle, simple shampoo, shower gel, slippers. There are no bathrobes. Cleaning was daily for our entire 11 nights, nice. The floor is wooden. Blackout curtains. A comfortable bed and pillows. High-quality white bed linen. It's better to take your rubber slippers to the shower, we had to buy them in the transition. You need to go to the 1st floor to iron clothes. Quick check in and quick check out. There were no problems. All issues are resolved by calling the reception.
There is no breakfast at the hotel. We found a good option in a cafe across the house around the corner from Beyazit. And we returned there several times for an omelet and a Turkish breakfast - the service is fast, tasty and the price is better than in neighboring establishments. They also bought baklava home after the test. I recommend.
On the closed terrace of the hotel on the 6th floor, we drank so-so Nescafe coffee from a simple coffee machine with a great view. Of course, Mehmet Efendi coffee would be better, but no. We bought cheese at the Shok store.
You can take drinking water at the hotel without restrictions.
I have a very good experience of staying in Ada Karakei, I can safely recommend it and I am very glad that we chose to stay here.

Great hotel. Great location. Clean, well renovated, what else can I say?
The story began with the fact that upon arriving in Istanbul, with a paid reservation in the Island, the hotel did not see this reservation, and our room was occupied. We couldn't offer anything, and using the Booking service, we quickly booked a room at this hotel (next door to the next street).
The reception said that our room is higher class than booked. In general, I liked everything, it was cool, we will definitely return to this hotel again.👍

The location is very convenient: 200 m from Galata Bridge, all attractions can be reached on foot, as well as near Galata port (a well-maintained promenade with cafes and shops). The hotel is located in a pedestrian alley.the rooms are small (as in all non-premium hotels), but at the same time there is everything you need (kettle, tea/coffee maker, mini fridge, desk).there is no sea view from the rooms, only from the veranda on the 6th floor.on the veranda, you can sit at tables overlooking the sea and drink coffee from the coffee machine or brought with you.at the moment, there is no breakfast at the hotel. normal cleaning every day . The reception staff is ready to help, including calling a taxi to the airport. I definitely recommend it and next time I will stop right there.
