The pride of the city is Lida kvass only in an iron jar, there was no bottling in warm weather. We arrived in Lida, walked around the city, came for lunch, and of the 4 soups, only one was available, a hodgepodge, and even that was brought to the veranda barely warm. It cooled down immediately. Clean and tidy, the staff is friendly. We paid with the MIR card.

There were three of them. Everyone ordered different dishes. And we got an EXTRAORDINARY pleasure from everything we ate! Shrimp salad is something! And the appearance of the dish, and the taste, and the dressing!
Hamburger with beef is simply out of competition! And beautiful (even in pictures they don't draw like that), and juicy!
Salad with beef tenderloin - the same way! Yummy!

Very tasty cuisine. They took a cold brew on kefir, meat with mashed potatoes, pancakes, garlic croutons. We drank Lida kvass and beer.
They gave 67 bel rubles for everything. It's cheap by Minsk standards.

The place itself is not bad and has a good view of the castle. As for the food, the Lida hodgepodge turned out to be liquid and economical, they threw green buds of some kind of plant into it, a few scraps of sausage - and that's the whole soup. I didn't like the service. I immediately ordered two portions of soup from the entrance so that they would already collect my order while I was settling down, but in the end, 10 minutes later, the waiter came up with a question: "Have you chosen anything yet?" And before that, they promised to serve me soup in 10 minutes. The restaurant was empty, but by lunchtime the staff were so tired that the visitors were kind of superfluous.

The best is tea. Shish kebab - killed and fried to death, dry meat and one fat with layers of films. Maybe even last day. Some vegetables are similarly over-dried. For a grill bar, it's just a horror.
Tincture.... there is nothing unusual, there is no saturation of taste. In most places in Belarus, the tincture is really good. You can't say that here.

Tea was said to be brought immediately, as a result, it was brought in 15 minutes. The waiter could not tell when the dish was ready... It was clear from his appearance that he had forgotten at all. The flight deck is in a neglected state. Tables emit tar in the sun and spoil clothes.

One of the good places to eat in Lida, the menu is small, as it should be in small towns, but delicious. Unfortunately, not everything was available, so we tried what was left on the menu. The only thing was that the pork in mustard sauce was terrible: the pork was old and over-dried, the sauce tasteless. Of the main disadvantages: very loud live music, you can't hear the words of the interlocutor, and the soloists don't quite hit the notes, young waiters, inexperienced and inattentive. Dirty dishes were not cleaned until you put them under your nose and say, the bills did not wait, they approached the administrator themselves and paid. And yes, complete ignorance of the alcohol card, it's useless to ask, moreover, I managed to bring the wrong beer that was ordered. She whispered, but did not speak, and you intuitively guess what the waitress replied, she was actively scared and looked at her feet. But, by the way, an intern served, maybe the waiters are more experienced. The receptionist, a separate love, the girl immediately said how long to wait for the order, if you take it with you, whether it's worth waiting for a table, and as tourists suggested where else you can eat at 10 p.m.(almost everything was closed) He prompted me about the choice of beer, and intelligently answered all my questions, it is clear that the person is in his place. And it should be noted that the place is popular, so it's better to book in advance, or don't come late at night :)
