We booked a table by phone a day in advance and specifically asked for a window seat. When we arrived on time at noon, the receptionist refused to seat us there and instead tried to give the spot to European walk-in guests who arrived later. Only after we insisted did we get the table we had reserved. This was disappointing and not something we expected. When we left, the receptionist clearly saw us but chose to ignore us, which left a poor final impression. On a positive note, the male waiter who served us was quite attentive. Overall, the service felt inconsistent and could use improvement.

The food is very tasty. The pitch is level. The kitchen is doing so well that they brought us all the dishes at once. We fulfilled all the requests - fries without salt, raw carrots just on a plate. The service is excellent. Not intrusive. The girl asked and clarified everything. She left and literally 7 minutes later brought everything at once. The atmosphere of the 17th century residence is a separate thrill. We were sitting on the terrace. The heaters nearby warmed up perfectly. Stucco, antique columns, authentic tableware. Everything is fine. Definitely need to visit again. And special thanks for the music. She's not loud or intrusive.

It was very inconvenient for me to use a bank card, but I had to. At the same time, that day I paid 342,000 sums for lunch, and the same waiter served me. I appeal to the heads of the institution, is that your attitude towards the client? Do you have high prices as it is, do you automatically add 20% to your bill and still not be able to make a $1.8 discount? Do you understand that because of $1.8 you lost me as a client by several hundred soums? If this is your restaurant's policy, it's a pity.

(120 thousand) Well, for the final chord, they did not issue a fiscal receipt with a QR code because the terminal was "frozen", that is, they did not even give the opportunity to receive a cashback. We waited for the menu for about 10 minutes, and the order was prepared for more than 45 minutes! The second one arrived in an hour. Moreover, the order included soups, a chicken dish and pasta, nothing that can be cooked for a really long time. The lemonade was served without ice. Every 15 minutes, the receptionist came up to us and was surprised that there was still no order. An hour later, she came over with apologies and offered dessert from the establishment.
