Excellent hotel near the center in a residential area. From the metro station 7-10 minutes, very helpful staff. I read somewhere about smoky rooms, it turned out to be a lie, they smoke only at the entrance and on the roof. The contingent is mainly Iranian and Indian families. Across the street is a street full of cafes, shops, 24-hour supermarkets, and around the corner is a small night market with a food court. Prices everywhere are pleasantly pleasing, it is better not to take anything with you. Dinner for two 1500-2000 rubles, the dishes are very large. The room is spacious, newly renovated, room 35 squares, bathroom 7-8. The bed is huge, 240x200, and there are 3 Russian-language channels on the TV. There is an iron, a board, a refrigerator, a kettle. Tea, coffee and water are brought daily. The hood is excellent, the central air conditioner copes, and the sound insulation is good too. They clean every day, and the linen is changed every other day. Towels are changed from the floor. There are no slippers or dressing gowns, there is only liquid soap. Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel, but sometimes some points fall off, you have to go out to catch. The router was almost always dead in the room. There is a great heated saltwater pool on the roof, from 9 to 9, and a Jacuzzi. There are always sun beds, towels are provided. I liked the breakfasts, they change every other day. Mostly European, plus Indian hot dishes. The coffee is decent, the fruits and juices are good, and the pastries are delicious. It's impossible to stay hungry, there's enough until the evening. There is no transfer to the beach, but they bring towels with them, take a taxi for 15 minutes, plus everything is paid there (3500rubles for two people). From the new arrival airport, Al Maqsood, to the hotel 1.5 hours by public transport (quite comfortable and interesting) or an hour by taxi. 150 and 4000 rubles, respectively. Alcohol markets are 30 minutes away on foot, and the exchanger is 5 minutes away (they also change rubles, but the exchange rate is so-so). I recommend the hotel.

We were in March 2023! The room is clean, but a little tired! For some reason we smelled of cigarettes ((On the top floor there is a swimming pool, large enough, clean, there is a Jacuzzi with hot water! Relaxes after the flight))The staff is friendly, polite! While waiting for the check-in, we had a snack in the hotel cafe: delicious, fast, reasonable prices. There are a lot of shops nearby, you won't stay hungry! We took two nights, then went to the port of Rashid (not far) I recommend it!

Good value for money. Convenient location - near the metro station, many cafes and restaurants. There are several supermarkets nearby. The rooms are large enough, clean. I do not recommend staying in a smoking room - the cigarette smell does not fade, even if the window is open all day (I was with my husband in January).

I liked everything. The location is convenient not far from the metro. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, but the carpet is all over the floor. They are cleaned daily. We took it without food, I won't say about the restaurant.
