02/28 at 17:50 we entered this store in order to purchase the goods we need. At that moment, the seller was communicating with another customer, a girl who probably mistakenly took the wrong cream and wanted to return the product (payment was by card). The girl was obviously very tactful, she was embarrassed that she had caused inconvenience to the store employee. Nevertheless, the seller behaved extremely boorishly, tactlessly and brazenly. To the question "how much money will be refunded to the card?" She replied, "how do I know?", and when the girl tried to explain her mistake, she asked her the most brazen question possible, "so if you have a lot of creams at home, why did you come to buy cream at all?" In general, the employee verbally and non-verbally showed the girl his irritation. As a regular customer of this chain of stores, I consider this behavior unacceptable and offensive. If a client has a similar problem, he should count on caring attitude and help. And not to annoy and reproach the staff. This employee does not belong in your store. At least today, because of her boorish attitude towards people, we personally left the store and bought everything we needed elsewhere. And it's sad.
