Impressions of the clinic are extremely negative. The lady at the reception was very rude in communication and carried away. She gave me a form to fill out (although she could have entered most of the data herself – the information was in the passport I gave her) and left... I have no objection to an MRI exam. He behaved with respect and kindness. Important: he clarified all the issues regarding my leg and meticulously noted what was done and when. I noticed in their system that my name and date of birth were wrong, and it was this gentleman who asked me to inform you at the front desk. When I gave it to her, she said it didn't matter. When I insisted, she grimaced, grunted, and seemed to agree. In the end, nothing was corrected, and in subsequent correspondence my data was still incorrect. In addition, the lady informed me (only after the MRI) that the description of the result will be ready only in 10 days (whereas usually in private clinics it takes 1-3 days). I was surprised, but I had no choice. If I had known about this 10-day period in advance, I certainly would not have applied there. It's been 15 days, and there's been no news from the clinic, so I wrote to them. The result? Total disregard. I wrote again after a week – again with no response. Another week later, I sent a message in a more cautionary form – in response... they asked me what operations I had on my leg (although, as I wrote, I told all this in detail to the doctor during the examination). About a week later they finally sent me the result which was a complete fiasco: It was found to have no abnormalities in my leg (even though my leg is red and I can't walk on it). It is written directly in the conclusion that I allegedly did not provide information about the operations. Additional execution was suggested... X-rays! This is a complete failure and a compromise for such "medicine". You can see with the naked eye that they do not care about the health and well-being of the patient.
