We booked seats according to the scheme of the aircraft on the website row 9, place G and D with a passage in front - the scheme of the aircraft is completely different, there were the same 3 rows in front of us (some kind of comfort zone), for which we paid is not clear.
As a result, we could get these seats at check-in and baggage check-in for free, the overpayment was 3,560 rubles.
The most interesting thing is that we weren't the only ones. The flight attendants could not give any explanation about this.

Yesterday, when departing from Moscow to St. Petersburg, on 23/06/24, being sure that it could be postponed to a little later, since Qatar Airways was a little late, I began to call the shuttle support line. More than 5 minutes of waiting on the line, and it was crucial. Then, they sent me on the phone and at the registration. No postponements. I stood in line for 15 minutes, there is nothing special for Shuttles! and I came to register at 14:51, but I should have at 14:49. Moreover, I checked in online in advance, but Aeroflot did not provide a separate queue for the shuttle. And then there were no exchanges, I bought a new ticket at the Aeroflot ticket office, but the 22 thousand that I paid for the shuttle was simply lost. They didn't take me to Moscow on time, and they threw me out on the flight back to St. Petersburg. I publish everywhere. Don't get fooled by the shuttle.
