Oh, to be honest, I've never liked the Sheraton brand. Every time I stayed in any country, the Sheraton consistently turned out to be the weakest hotel of all in the same city. Sheraton failed me in China. Sheraton failed in Europe. And, it would seem, well, at least there should be a normal one in Samsung? No. Even here, it's the same scenario. The room is old, tired of life, with the smell of sewage from the bathroom. The central ventilation works only for heating, and you choose: or suffocate from the stuffiness, or open the window and freeze, because it's really cold in the evening. Should I call the reception? Forget it. No one answers. Generally. I had to come down personally to ask even basic things. The service is at zero. The only advantage is the Turkish breakfast, which we ordered through the room-service. It's big, full-bodied, and the food is fresh. But, honestly, this is the only thing that somehow saved the impression. 💬 Conclusion: The hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Everything looks tired, there is no service, the atmosphere is like in a cheap three—piece. Sheraton has failed again. I highly do not recommend it.

I doubt that beach lovers will appreciate a stay at this hotel. A small beach, the sea is knee-deep (without exaggeration). Of course, you can spend time by the pool. It's small, but it's cute. The only thing is that vacationers do not wash off protective equipment and they float in the water like a greasy film. The children's pool is very small.

The hotel is not worth the money, we arrived at the end of September and it was very cold. The breakfast is terrible..(( Breakfast is just a disaster! There is no choice at all! They paid 35,000 for the room. in a word, money is wasted! It feels like I've settled into a 3-star hotel!!!

Gorgeous sea view, great location (the center, and at the same time a little isolated), private beach, Parking, good rooms (the bathroom in the room made a very positive impression, and the shared bathroom near the restaurant is generally a work of art). There are computers with a printer in the lobby - it was convenient to print out all the tickets. I put it below 5 stars because of the kitchen without a soul (the impression that it was cooked by a robot), weak English from the staff and a complete lack of Russian, plus, as for me, it's expensive.
