The company provided me with a highly qualified guide who knows a lot and loves his city. The tour lasted 4 hours, and everything was great: not too long, very interesting and not boring. It was obvious that the guide himself was passionate about the history and culture of the city. He adjusted to what I was interested in and answered all my questions. I have only positive impressions and wonderful memories. I recommend this company to everyone if you want a really cool and professional tour.

My name is Alexandra, I am an employee of a large company in Brest and I would like to make a truthful review of the service I received. On Saturday, 04/19/2025, I requested a guided tour of Tashkent on 04/26/2025 by mobile phone number +375297756106. Mikhail introduced himself by phone number, after which I asked a specific request for a tour and asked about the possibility of its implementation, namely: - a Russian-speaking guide is needed.; - a story without much touching on religion; - guided tour from 15:00-17:00 (2 hours, max); - visit locations comparable to the above time. Mikhail selected the locations for us (Hazrati Imam and Chorsu Bazaar) and approved other features of the tour. After that, our communication continued in the WhatsApp messenger. The contract has been drawn up and signed on both sides. The cost of the service was 1836 BYN. 04/25/2025 - we contacted the guide - Muzaffar. We called and I also duplicated my request for an excursion with a request not to be late. Muzaffar confirmed and we agreed on all the points. 04/26/2025 - The bus arrived at exactly 15:00 (it was more or less neat). When driving (drove 100-200 meters) the guide was silent, after which I came up and repeated the request about religion and with a request not to be silent with the movement of the bus. Muzaffar listened, but nothing was heard with the "microphone" all the way. The guide did not have a constructed story for the entire tour, not a story tied to passing monuments. The speech is not built entirely in Russian. No chain of events. Some dates, centuries were used with the words "probably, like, something in between, I don't remember" - this is not allowed for a guide. The whole group is in Uzbekistan for the first time, only for 3 days. A group of people from different countries. And unfortunately, no one remembered or understood anything. At 4:15 p.m., I asked Mazaffar if we could make it to the second location, given the remaining time. The answer is "yes, of course," Muzaffar replied confidently. At 4:30 p.m., I duplicated the question, seeing the unhurried guide talking on the phone in Uzbek with indignation for 5 minutes. Muzaffar ignored me. After my superiors intervened in our "dialogue," Muzaffar hung up the phone and offered to extend the tour for another hour. But we have our own time, which was originally specified. As a result, only Hazrati Imam visited. Due to the unsatisfactory tour, the assessment is minimal. I am waiting for a possible reaction to this review.
