Good afternoon. To leave Abkhazia today, I decided to write a review. We are currently vacationing at the guest house "Gera" at the Fish Factory in Pitsunda. His address has been updated, now 21 Primorskaya Street, although it is located along Rybozavodskaya Street. Very good location for those who need the sea and comfort. The sea is just a stone's throw away. At night before going to bed, I wanted to wet my feet in the sea, please go quietly. I rubbed my eyes in the morning, went for a walk or a swim to the sea. Do you like morning runs or walks, there is a Hominy canteen just below, there is a road behind it, you can take it around the countryside to the forest area and return along the beach. If you are with children, you can quickly move from a comfortable 4-bed room to the sea and back as soon as you get tired of it. The guest house consists of 2 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Our family of four was comfortable in the room, there was enough space. The house is not near the water, it protects from the winds. Nearby there are several cafes and canteens for different tastes, Grocery stores and street trade. Holidays here are much cheaper than in New Athos. Of course, the infrastructure there is better, more beautifully maintained, but food and accommodation are expensive. We liked the beach in the center of Pitsunda less, as there are more people and large pebbles entering the sea, but you can walk there and listen to organ music. A trip by municipal bus from the Fish factory to the center of Pitsunda costs 25 rubles, to Gagra 85 rubles. There are already 100 rubles on the minibus. The guest house has a small but cozy territory under a canopy of kiwi vines, flowers, figs and various other plants. There is a small kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Umbrellas are available, both beach and rain umbrellas. The owners visit periodically every day, they are interested in the conditions. They are constantly refining something, improving our everyday life in small ways.

This year my family and I decided to go on a trip to Abkhazia. After much searching and reflection, we decided on the guest house "Gera". Our room turned out to be spacious and cozy, located on the third floor with sea and mountain views. The room had a double bed and a sofa, which comfortably accommodated both my daughters. A kettle, microwave and necessary utensils were provided in the room to prepare breakfast. We especially liked the cozy courtyard with beautiful flowers and other plants growing like grapes, kiwis. In the gazebo-kitchen it was possible not only to cook, but also to arrange snacks. Next to the guest house there was all the necessary infrastructure: a public transport stop, a shop, a dining room and a tent with fruits and vegetables. The beach by the sea could be reached quickly by crossing the road. I would like to express my gratitude to the host Alexander and his wife Ekaterina for their hospitality and responsiveness. These are wonderful people who were always ready to tell you where to go and what sights to visit.

Great guest house. Very nice bright room. Everything is done for yourself, without saving money. Large spacious bathroom, I don't want to get out of the shower. Clean, high-quality bed linen, mattresses and pillows on which I slept well. The location is very convenient. The sea is very close, as well as cafes and shops. The territory is small, but cozy and green. Kiwis, grapes and various flowers grow.
