I came across this yesterday, bought a mouse in this store, unfortunately, it stopped working a few months after the purchase. The young man went to the store to get the money back, or to change the mouse under warranty, but they said they couldn't do it because the legal entity had changed so that we could solve this problem ourselves. They gave the woman's phone number, contacted her, and she said there was nothing she could do. Although the new legal entity is obligated to refund the money for consumer protection, this does not absolve them of responsibility for the bad product. The bottom line is, the store is terrible, you shouldn't buy anything there at all.
