It's a great place. We came on the recommendation of the locals and did not regret it. A score of 4.9 says something) The beer is gorgeous, craft, real, pork and chicken kebabs are delicious. I did not deliver a unit for two reasons: 1. The first time I visited this place, there were no particular complaints with the service, because we arrived early enough, when there was still a lot of traffic. 2. The institution gave a compliment in connection with a misunderstanding, but about everything in order. Today we visited the institution for the second time. We waited a very long time for the waiter, as there was a full boarding. The waiter girl came up to us, we started a dialogue, she abruptly jumped off and ran away.. a strange gesture, we waited for another 7 minutes. I returned, accepted our order without writing anything down. It seemed unconvincing to us, since she asked several times what we ordered, given the situation, we were afraid that something would not be conveyed, since we understood the waiting time. As a result, croutons were brought first, then beer, then brownies (WHY?). I explained to the waiter girl that I would like to eat first (we ordered more soup, barbecue and khinkali), and then dessert. Brownie is not just a cake: the ice cream should be cold, and the brownie itself should be hot. To my words, I received the following answer: THAT's HOW IT is with US. The girl turned around and went to serve other tables. I waited for my soup (fortunately it didn't take long). While I ate the soup, the ice cream melted and the brownie cooled down. There was no point in waiting for Khinkali, otherwise my dessert would have turned into a cold puddle. There are no particular complaints about the taste, except that I had to collect all the liquid on a plate with a fork. You see, I have a sweet tooth, for me, eating as a dessert is a very important stage of dinner. He was spoiled on all fronts, and with him the mood. Then they brought khinkali, which I already did not eat, my husband had to eat to the brim. In total, we waited for all the dishes for 2 hours. There was still a barbecue, but they still didn't carry it. We came with a small child, who was already tired by that time and had to go to bed, we had to ask for the bill. I checked the bill, it was important to me that there was no barbecue on this list, because yes, we ordered it, but we never waited. We sincerely decided that the girl had forgotten about it, since at the beginning the accepted order did not seem reliable. As a result, there was no barbecue on the list, and I paid the bill of 70 GEL. My husband was on the phone at that time, he hung up, asked me the amount and it confused him, considering that we did not receive a barbecue. He took the check again, started checking everything and it turned out that there was a pork kebab on this list. I had to go back to the waiter to clarify the circumstances. To which she replied: the check has been punched, we cannot make a refund. We'll give you a barbecue with us. But what do we need it for? Unclear. Everyone is already full, the mood is at zero. We paid for a restaurant barbecue, which we will eat at home on the couch.. A dubious pleasure. We explained that this is not the first time we have come to you. We would like to receive some compensation for this disappointment. What were we given croutons for 3.5 GEL! Here is a compliment from paragraph 2 at the beginning of the story. Now we are at home, there is a cold kebab and soaked croutons on the table. Dinner at 70 GEL with a terrible sediment.
