The hotel is located in the modern, dynamically developing district of Basaksehir, Istanbul. Breakfast is a buffet, with a delicious and hearty assortment. The staff is above praise. Everything from the reception to the cantina and on the floors. There is an underground parking lot. It is cozy and comfortable everywhere.There is always a noticeable discount for regular visitors. Although the prices do not bite. The rooms, the lobby, the parking lot, and the corridors are clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good: Side by side with the shopping center, where there are many branded shops, ATMs, grocery stores and several small cafes. The air in this area is very clean. Be sure to visit, you will not regret, and you will even be satisfied, and you will become a regular visitor to this wonderful corner of comfort and relaxation.

Breakfast bad products are not even standard. , there was no coffee, or rather, there was only filter coffee, the room was the worst coffee I had ever tasted in my life, the coffee vending machine that was supposed to make americano-espresso was broken..The rest is classic Hilton. The staff is concerned and trained. I still give it five stars because the average hotel quality in Istanbul creeps in places, so it deserves five stars according to the price/benefit ratio in Istanbul. There is an exit to the room from the parking lot. Great for a family with 4 children like us)

We were at the hotel on the night of 5/06/2023 during the earthquake in southeastern Turkey (magnitude 7.8 — the strongest in the country since 1939). Due to the massive cancellation of flights due to bad weather, the hotel was booked for 2 days, however, on 6.02. it was decided to change the route and the time of arrival at the hotel, the fare is non-refundable. Thanks to Denise's manager for not having any problems with the refund. The hotel is pleasant, the breakfast is super!

There was a day, we were accommodated by a Turkish airline. I would hardly go for my money, the location is very specific, but there is a shopping center nearby, 20 minutes by taxi 300-400lir. The food is so-so, it seems to be a buffet, but the food is cleaned much earlier than the stated end time for lunch, dinner or breakfast. The room is passable, the conday worked well. 4 stars is a fantasy, max 3!
