Khinkali with mushrooms and chicken are very tasty. Khachapuri in Adjarian is incredibly delicious. Khinkali with horse meat and beef are delicious, there are a lot of fillings, but they put a lot of cilantro in there, which I don't like, so I can't recommend it. Unfortunately, I didn't like khinkali with cheese and cherries. The dough is bright and elastic, with a broth inside.

Hello! I'm crazy about your kitchen! I stopped by for a light lunch today. I was very pleased with the cold snack "Beetroot Phali", a fairly light and at the same time hearty beetroot snack with walnuts and a mix of greens. I also took my favorite Shorty bun and my equally favorite chkmeruli sauce. Lunch turned out to be very tasty today. Thank you!
