Judging by the figure, we are talking about the amount of property tax. All taxes on commercial premises owned by my wife for 2024 were paid by me personally. Most likely, the tax inspectorate imputes the debt for 2025. At the moment, the property has not been transferred to me by inheritance, as this is only possible after six months. In other words, it is only in July that the process can begin. There is currently no living owner who has to pay the tax. Either there are abnormal people working in the tax office who are suing the deceased, or there is a scheme by black realtors to alienate property under the guise of not paying taxes and identifying an outsider as the manager of the allegedly orphan property.
