I am disappointed with the staff and service at the Galamart store, located at 2 Golubka Street (2nd floor). From October 1 to October 15, 2025, this store offers promotions for certain products. On October 11, I visited Galamart in order to buy a 2.6 liter pot worth 29 rubles. 99 kopecks and a knife with 3 levels of sharpening worth 4 rubles. 99 kopecks. according to the promotion , but alas ! I was told that they did not have such products against the background of empty shelves. I asked, then why do they release flyers and fool people with the availability of products that participate in the campaign?! They answered me: "Read the small print at the end of the leaflet." There is no point in reading what is written in small print, because these products were not and are not on store shelves. I am sure that these products will appear on the shelves of the Galamart store after the promotion, but with different prices. On October 13, for the sake of interest, I'll look into this store again, I really want to buy the promotional items mentioned above. But for some reason, I'm sure they won't have these products in stock. I think this is a deception of buyers. It turns out to be a very ugly situation.
