They don't have a vaccine for rotovirus.

Please take note and have an educational conversation with those who answer incoming calls, namely 02/19/2024 I explain, in the morning there was a call to your center, I explained to the girl that a Russian-made vaccine against hepatitis A was needed, I explained that the first dose was not taken from you, to which they replied there is a vaccine - come (and I'm sorry, I'm from the region and driving 120 km to you by taxi is not a cheap pleasure) After that, I ask for leave, take a taxi and driving up to Tashkent, I call your reception again and ask for a guide, clarifying that I called and am going to do a second dose, at this moment!the girl asks the question where did we do the first dose before?I tell her that I called in the morning and explained the situation that there is no vaccine in our center, it is over ...... here this girl blurts out to me that we will not vaccinate you!!!! I begin to explain to her that you knew that I was coming from the region, that I hired a taxi and was already driving to Tashkent, in turn, she simultaneously begins to ask someone if they will give us a vaccine, if we were not vaccinated with the first dose, I persistently wait for her dialogue with another woman..... as a result!!!! She just puts down the phone, when she tries to call back, she just resets my calls and then picks up the phone altogether, making busy mode A question? Do you personally postpone the vaccine for everyone and count over their heads who did it for you and who did not? Don't you deliver the vaccines in advance? Alas, I will not recommend your center to anyone, boorish treatment, complete disregard, they cannot solve the problem knowing that they themselves screwed up in this situation!!!!They didn 't even say sorry !!! They just hung up and probably sat quietly praying that I wouldn't come. Now figure out what kind of ill-mannered people you have at the reception, and even if the truth is that you don't do to other children vaccinated once in another center, then your employees should know about it and warn them when they get a call, and it's better to listen to what they explain I am attaching a photo of ignored calls P.s. thanks to another center where my two children were vaccinated without unnecessary questions!!!!

I went to this clinic with my child to get an initial vaccination on September 28, 2022. We arrived at 7:55 a.m. for the start of work. We were told that the doctor usually arrives at 8:30, although both Facebook and Yandex clinic profiles show it opens at 8:00 a.m. At 8:30, they said that the doctor was called to a meeting at the SES (we did not believe it - this is a private company!) and that's why the doctor will stay for another 30 minutes. At 9:00, they said that she was already on her way and would come in a maximum of 15 minutes. We left the clinic at 9:25, but the doctor did not come... I do not recommend contacting this clinic! Believe me, the local worst clinic serves you much better than here.
