On 30.06.2025, at 19.50, they came to exchange Russian rubles..The girl said there were spots, she would not accept them, and in a raised tone she said read the instructions..We've read it..The instructions specify point 5: Russian rubles are to be accepted and with what damage, namely point 5.5: small oil and other spots visible and (or) having a glow in ultraviolet rays..we approached them again and asked for an exchange because our point corresponds to the currency exchange ..she said to go to another bank where they will accept))..Also, the instructions do not specify the concept of what size "small oil stains" are considered..19.57 she pressed the alarm button..a little later, the law enforcement authorities arrived and she asked them to take us away)) Where was she asked:- have you been insulted? The bank employee replied no - why did you press it then, the law enforcement authorities who arrived asked? she explained to them that the 2nd time she told us that she would not change the currency and if we did not leave, she would press the button.We asked for a complaint book..according to the law, it must be kept at the workplace..the complaint book was missing from the workplace..the bank employee told me to go to the central bank)Later, the district police officer arrived with the preparation of the protocol. At 7:58 p.m., people came over to exchange currency..She said it was the end of the working day and she wouldn't change anything. The result was that she was detained for 1 hour..We are waiting for a further decision by law enforcement agencies, and I also think that the bank will have to accept these Russian rubles according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus.

A good exchange office. Sometimes there are profitable courses for accepting banknotes - they don't find fault much. But for some reason, there is a discrepancy between the break in the work schedule indicated on Yandex.maps and the real one. It is indicated from 14 to 15, but in fact from 12 to 13.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing time. The girl worker looked at me as an enemy of the people. Work on treating the client with respect, even if they come to you at the end of the working day.
