Hello! I want to make a claim on the quality of the product. In mid-November, men's shoes worth 230 rubles were purchased at your outlet in the Mirror shopping center. After a pair of socks, a serious defect was discovered: the sole on both shoes burst. This indicates the extremely low quality of the shoes, which does not correspond to their price, and the presence of a manufacturing defect. Today we specially came to the Zerkalo shopping center to make a refund, but we found that your point is closed. In accordance with the law "On Consumer Rights Protection", I demand the termination of the purchase and sale agreement and a full refund of the amount paid. I am attaching a photo of the shoes.
