I rarely write negative reviews, but the situation with this barbershop just killed me. I came to them with overgrown gray roots of 6 cm, asked them to paint it in their own color. Without showing the palette and without coordinating the color, the master mixed the paint herself, I kept silent, thinking "she is an expert, she knows best." After 2.5 hours, it's not enough that I got roots lighter than my relatives. He didn't say anything again, "Okay, I'll get over it," I thought. After the first wash, the paint was partially washed off and gray hair appeared. I think, "what happens if I wash it again? What kind of coloring is this?" I went to them and showed them (it was 4 days later). And they tell me that they painted me with unstable paint, when selecting the formula for coloring, the master set the color selection in the priority, and not the staining resistance, I did not ask to paint over the gray hair! I.e. for 2.5 hours and 80 rubles. I got a staining with gray hair left, only now the dark roots will also be visible. And for gray hair, a special series of paints is used. And the master colorist, a chemist, with many years of experience in coloring different types of hair, did not realize that the purpose of coloring was to dye gray hair in my color, and not my hair in my own color. I was offered to redo it, but with a re-payment of the material, and 80 gr. of paint on my roots, they hung no less than 20 rubles. and 2 more hours. The result: 5.5 hours of my time, the cost of coloring is 100 rubles, and this is more than the price list. Conclusion: the master does not understand the essence of his work, does not understand coloristics and does not distinguish colors. And it's my own fault that I explained to them incorrectly what I want. In a good way, I had to redo my low-quality work for free. And in fact, we bought a negative review for 100 rubles. Beastly! I do not recommend it!
