I really liked the park! We were with a child for 10 years. It is necessary to save a whole day for visiting. Be sure to take a card at the entrance and see where any activities are planned during the day. It's not hot if there's no shade, there's water spraying everywhere.

A super place. We spent the whole day with great pleasure. A large area for independent walks and two safaris, one small for everyone, just ride on an open car for 10-15 minutes, the second on a separate ticket, there they take a bus with an English-speaking employee through huge open enclosures with various wild animals for 30 minutes. I highly recommend going on this safari at the beginning of the day, because by the evening there are long queues and you will only have to stand for more than an hour.

The best zoo!! A huge territory, divided into zones (Africa, Asia, Arab and safari explorer zone) with a central park area. You can travel by mini trains, walking in the heat is not very comfortable, so it is better to take tickets with a pass. We took a safari for 90 dirhams.
Safari is the highlight of the zoo, minibuses traveled through the zones with different animals. The first time we saw rhinos and hippos))

For 5-10 dirhams you can feed giraffes and take pictures with them.
All animals are well-fed, as they live in a sanatorium)))

This is probably one of the few zoos where animals are not spared. It is better to come in the morning for the whole day, because tickets are not cheap and the territory is huge. It is better to take tickets by train (traveling between "villages"), because it is far away on foot. I really liked everything. There is a restaurant and snack bars on site.

They run around playing, even the lion lives as a pride. The monkey zone is a whole world.

It's just great! A huge territory, well-groomed and contented animals. The park is divided into several thematic areas: an African village, an Asian village, an Arab desert and a village of Explorers. There are various types of tickets, from just entrance tickets to Safari tickets on a special bus.
The largest and most interesting is the African Village. It is impossible to walk through the Arab desert on your own, tickets include a 10-minute safari through it.
A large poultry house. Birds walk freely on it next to you).
There are many places where you can have a snack and/or drink soft drinks.

Because navigation in the park, in my opinion, is stupid. We have visited the largest zoos in the world - everything is clear there, although there were larger parks. There is confusion with the name of the locations: there is a Village, there is a Station. How do you understand that to get to the Asian Village, you need to go to the Dragon station? Then the show: a great opportunity to watch a program with animals, and at the same time take a break. But the schedule of the show, and most importantly, the location of the locations seemed to be classified, They were found in one place only. There is no clear map either. If you didn't make it to the show, then the next one is only in a few hours - you couldn't wait any longer. But feeding giraffes is certainly very exciting, we recommend it. Again, it turns out that you need to take a queue in 10 minutes. Because then, on a first-come, first-served basis, you are allowed into the passage to the giraffes and you feed them with carrots bought there for 10 dirhams)

A great place to relax with children, for the whole day. It works only in the winter months. A large area divided into zones (villages). We rented a car with a driver right at the hotel for $250. The journey took an hour from the Emirate of Ras al Khaimah.
Tickets are inexpensive. But they only accept dirhams. Dollars can be exchanged in the cafeteria, but the exchange rate there is unprofitable.
We entered the territory. There are no signs. The staff does not speak Russian. Somehow we realized that in 40 minutes we would have to get on a tram that would take us to the animals, but for now we went to the farm next to the entrance. The children fed the parrots, bunnies, and goats.
We stood in line for 10 minutes, got on the tram (3-4 of them came at once).
We arrived in an African village. A huge number of different animals: gorillas, elephants, lions, tigers, antelopes, flamingos, a hippo surprised us (we imagined them as giants, but they were very small, they touched the hippo through the glass). There is also a fairly large terrarium.
Then we waited a little for the tram, which took us on safari. There they put us on buses and began to take us around the pens with various animals: crocodiles, lions, tigers, roe deer, antelopes, hornbills, flamingos, monkeys, leopards, etc. (There are about 20 zones in total).
A very informative place, even for adults. And we visited only half of the villages. I recommend

We 4 two adults and children (3-4 years old) liked the park, there are most of those animals that we wanted to look at, there was a separate attraction with a giraffe, where you can not only feed it but also pet it.There are also elephants, rhinoceroses, gorillas, wolves, and a children's farm where you can feed goats and sheep.

The full ticket includes traveling by closed tram between villages and cars inside large locations, attending shows and feeding some animals. It takes about 5-6 hours to get around the entire park. Probably this is the most interesting place in Dubai, although it is expensive for a zoo. There are not very many animals, but there are the most interesting ones. Everywhere there are approaches to animals under the roof and with humidifiers. That's why it's not so hard in the heat. I recommend taking a ticket with a safari, then you can take a bus through the territory where animals just live and see them in natural conditions. There is also feeding of giraffes (I definitely advise) and short free performances. You can move around the territory by buses (included in the price of a regular ticket), on foot and on various paid cars-trailers. There is a cafe, ice cream, but you should not count on a full lunch. You can also buy water. Located far away. It's better to take a taxi. There is a bus from the metro, but it takes 40 minutes to go.
